In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I broke rule(3.1) You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character. Roleplay everything. I had started arguing with a person who intended to rob me over the hot mic. I said he could not rob me there out of character and then after he rekt me I started arguing with him over side chat and broke rule(3.2.2) Extended OOC interactions are forbidden. Long before all of this, either day 1 or 2 here, Clarity saw that I was breaking rule(5.1) A new life starts, when: Your character has been killed by a cop. Your character has died in a RP situation. Your character has been involved in an accident. He advised me to read and understand the rules, as obviously I did not at the time. All of this combined is what resulted in the ban. This is my second appeal, and in my appeal I broke rule (10) Advertising - Advertising any of the following services* on our servers/website/teamspeak or social media groups without permission is bannable without appeal; I only intended to demonstrate how much I regretted getting banned on RPUK. I should not have named any names of any other community. My appeal was denied, and I was told that I could appeal in a week. This appeal was denied on September 19th.

Why should we unban you ?
If unbanned I have every intention of obeying all of the rules of the RPUK community. I have fully read and understand them all, and WILL NOT break any of these. I know with all the warning I had that I have pushed it too far, and that is why I am here. If I was unbanned I am sure I would be watched and were I to break any rule I would be right back here or even worse perma banned. I do not want to come back here and would love the chance to prove I understand how to roleplay with great quality.I love playing on RPUK and it is in my honest opinion, the best place for Altis Life. I miss playing with my friends and they miss me. You guys run a very tight ship and I have a lot of respect for RPUK for that. It is hell being here and I blame only myself for why I am here. I believe I understand how to properly interact with and engage upon other players. What is acceptable and what is not, right and wrong. I intended to make the point that there are few, if any servers out there like RPUK, that much is obvious. But I definitely should not have added the name. As stated at the top of this appeal, I broke 3 rules:

This is the core of roleplaying. Creating a character and putting yourself in his or her shoes. Living the life of your character. I broke this rule when I was talking about the server rules in direct communications.

(3.2.2) Extended OOC interactions are forbidden.

This is when you make  a long OOC conversation or interaction. Whether it be talking about rules or the consequences of a gunfight. I broke this rule when I argued with a person who killed me in side chat about the legitimacy of the scenario.

(10) Advertising - Advertising any of the following services* on our servers/website/teamspeak or social media groups without permission is bannable without appeal;

This is sharing the information for communities not associated with RPUK. Whether it be a TeamSpeak, Discord,  website or game server. While this rule is not what resulted in my ban, I broke this rule during my last appeal. While I did not intend to advertise, I admit to posting the name of another Altis Life gaming community.

Yea man, I laughed at the last unban appeal because I thought it was acceptable and I instead was denied for advertising. It was basically laughing at my own stupidity. I cannot react to my own posts so I reacted there. Only thing that was funny is me overlooking the advertising rule.
