In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for OOC abuse, which is being out of character. I've done it a few times. I try to roleplay and I love how serious the Roleplay is on this server, but there have been times where I forget where I am and have broken this rule. I know last night ( PST ) I said something in side chat and was quite vulgar something like " you are a piece of shit" to a person that vdm'd me with 2 mill in pocket. Was at the airport and wanted to buy a Mowhawk heli with friend who is a pearl diver(brooksy). Had landed an orca and a black van drove straight into me on the runway. I was very upset and I said what I said. If that is not why I would love to know exactly what I did so I can avoid being here.

Why should we unban you ?
Well I am very new but I've had a blast here in the roleplay uk server! I have made a bunch of new friends here and even last night when I lay bleeding on the tarmac, a wonderful group of officers, not sure who helped me out big time. Flew me to a medic, we roleplayed quite a bit hahaha he told me my leg was clean off and just bits of stringy meat left, at the knee. I had to learn how to walk again with him. This is just one example of why I love playing here! So much interesting stories. Met another really funny guy named lee in Kavala and he told me about how he was from a place called "Chernarus" and how zombies have overrun the land and he barely escaped with his life! There are so many more stories to hear, places to go, people to meet. I realize this is a stupid mistake and I accept the blame. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Have a good day

"(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban."     In my own words, this is not tolerated as it is a direct insult to the person behind the screen.

"(3.4) Side (OOC) chat roleplay is forbidden. You must not use side chat to broadcast events that you observe (for example, you may not broadcast "X are going to rob the bank". The exception is advertising your in game business. "

In my own words this is telling everyone in game what you see. Cant be done in real life so this makes for low quality roleplaying. This ruins immersion.

I understand what I have done and accept the consequences. I throw myself upon the mercy of the court.

You were told to the read the rules before by Clairty after breaking NLR. He gave you a chance to learn all of our rules and yet here you are.

You are absolutely right Matt . There are lot of rules and I should have studied them more when Clarity suggested so. LOL well I can say one thing, is that since I got banned I've played a bit of the ************ server and they claim to be a roleplay server and they are complete trash. Random VDMs and RDMs all the time. Its a madhouse. Having said that I have really come to appreciate what RPUK has to offer and I miss my friends on here. If you don't think I deserve a second chance I accept that. If there was anything I could do to prove to you I am better acquainted with the rules I would gladly do that. I have read up on the rules and I definitely take them seriously. I realize they are there for a reason and you must hold people accountable to keep your server such high quality. I appreciate you answering me back, regardless of whether or not you decide to unban me. I live on the west coast of the US and I will be at work all day, but I will keep checking here when I can, I am glad I woke up early lol or I would have missed your reply. If I was unbanned I would sit down and memorize these rules and commit them to memory. I already have been studying them to make myself 100% clear on them. I respect your decision 100% and understand you are here to keep the server filled only with excellent quality roleplay. Have a good day.

Not exactly making the best impressions @Mick Snowe the fact that your advertised another community on your ban appeal. My patience is wearing thin since your seem to not care about our rules, as your cannot seem to follow them. 

You can appeal in a week's time, in that time I suggest that you re-read the rules and get a good understanding of them before you next appeal.

Denied- Can appeal in a week.
