In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
The reason i think i was banned was because i broke the rule "VDM", I was standing beside the Garage when a player was getting out there vehicle, i was planning to rob it and drive off with it but then one of their friends was standing in the way, the first time i budged at him and then he fell over, so i pulled back to get away from his body, A bystander said to run over his body again so i did. I didn't understand the full lengh of the rule by this time, what i thought the rule meant was if you are in a large area and you are going very fast and you drive over many people all at the one time, i understand that i broke the rule and i can promise that i will never do this again. I can give an apology to the player i caused the trouble to.

Why should we unban you ?
I think you should unban me because i didn't understand and realise what i was doing at the time and i took orders from a bystander which i understand i should not have taken, I have learnt from my mistakes and have read over the appropriate rules that will keep me out of this trouble again, I promise that you will never see my name again on a ban list and that i can be mature again on this server.

Hopefully you have learned some lessons here. I was one of the people you ran over (the old man in the brown jacket), completely without warning, and just for shizzles. Whether another player fooled you into doing it or not, as you have seen, doesn't give you any defence. This is why you need to make yourself familiar with the rules early on, if you want to play here.

I'm concerned a little that your explanation of why you misinterpreted the VDM rule is a bit, well, lame... so I'll set you a little test, as part of your rehabilitation process. Post here what rule number covers the situation you were banned for, and the full detail of that rule, please. Then tell me what Rule 2.7 is about, and whether you think your behaviour might also qualify under that rule, and if not, why not.

If you complete this task successfully, then I will arrange for you to be unbanned by one of the Staff Admins next time they're on an unban cycle (i.e. when they are free, able and willing).

Okay I understand, The Rule that i broke was VDM which is Rule 2.1, this is when you use a vehicle as an act to kill or injure another person (e.g a player is walking across the bridge on the walkway, an SUV come up behind him and attempts to run him over). Rule 2.7 is an act of "Trolling", I do consider that i was partly trolling but not in a way that i meant, if i was trolling i would of continued to act on other players and as the term "Trolling" i would try to get myself banned, which in this case i did not. I do understand that the player or bystanders might of took it in the wrong way as an act of "Trolling" and not caring about the server. Whereas i made a stupid mistake and would like to continue playing on this server as it is one of my favourites and the only good server i have ever found, I hope you can understand that i never meant to harm the player. Thank you
