In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
We were banned because we failed to reinitiate after 5 minutes had passed and had travelled a fair distance away after breaking off from the original RP.

Why should we unban you ?
The video posted definitely does not show good RP, however we thought that we had already initiated correctly prior to this.
We took part in good role play for 10 minutes plus before this incident so the video is not representative of our normal gameplay/RP.
Although originally we felt that we were still involved within the original incident, in hindsight it is clear that reinitiation was definitely necessary.
We were unaware of any time/distance constraints regarding initiations and now fully understand that the RP situation needs to clearly continue In order to not need reinitiation.

If we are unbanned, we will definitely abide by the above statements.

We broke the RDM / Poor RP rules. 

Without reinitiation there was no quality role play present.  

What we should have done was Reinitiate with the players to start a whole new RP scenario.  We couldn't be certain these were the same players we had been in contact with previously, and anyway, the original RP situation had dissolved after contact was broken off - so reinitiation was absolutely necessary.

Yes we will RP 100% if we are unbanned!!

I would like to start a Miners security business.  After being on the wrong side of the law, I know the tricks of the trade when it comes to hijacking miners goods, so I know how to prevent it.  

Could eventually hire other people to work with me and help make copper/iron mining safe again.

How would you proceed when there are armed people moving in? What would you do? Please describe it step by step.

 
A visible protection detail would actually deter the majority of "luckers" who would attempt to rob miners, this is what the single miner lacks.

If there was a large group of armed people moving in then i would help to get the miner out of there.  

 
I feel i have demonstrated enough remorse and understanding to be given another chance?  

I can assure you it wont happen again.

Hopefully you guys feel the same?
