I did not combat log, i got killed waited the respawn time, played for a little longer and then logged out. And it wasnt RDM as he said himself he VDM'd one of our trucks, so again i dont understand this claim and why i was banned.

if you can actually check the combat logs surely you can see the time gaps in between the events is substantial and does not count as combat logging.

RDM is where you kill someone for no reason randomly, but as i said he VDM'd my freinds so in my opinion it was not RDM

he even said in his/her statement that he attempted to VDM us

so you are completely ignoring the fact that he VDM'd and even admitted it but you are penalising me for what i would call a justified RDM if that as in my opinion it wasn't RDM hence me shooting him.
