Shooting Jamz without any warning fail RP. (RDM)

Why should we unban you.
I was running over to the area when Jamz pulled up, i was out of hearing range and asked on ts what was going on, a gang member relayed to me that a man had pulled up and was dicking about, i ask if they where robbing him or asking him to leave. i was told he was asked to leave.

We had just robed several people in the same area and were trying to leave the area our selfs before the cops came. on the misunderstanding that Jamz had in fact been told to leave and acted as i did. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIxw0WKyfTU Video provided my Jamz. ty
after killing him he did try to get me on to TS to talk. It wasn't out of ignorance of rule break and arrogance just that i thought i was in the right. sitting talking about the rules i thought incorrectly i had kept to i didnt see a point at the time.

I did fail to RP with him directly
I did believe another without checking
I did shoot Jamz
I did refuse to talk on ts.

I do run Plays.tv which i wish id saved. to at-least show i did ask.

I have said sorry to Jamz after watching the video above and hope there are no hard feeling.

I have been banned before for VDM.

To the reviewing Admin,

Mental_DoG has contacted me personally apologising for what he had done, alongside explaining to me that it was his friend who had told him that it was clear to shoot. I believe that it was total miss communication between two people which led to the RDM of myself, and therefore appreciate Mental Dog coming to me to explain what happened.

Despite the fact that he showed an ignorance to me in game with the reply of "no im good ty" when asked to come to Teamspeak, he has explained that it was because he was led to believe he was in the right, and therefore, as stated by him " ya everyone demands that after you kill them, you would spend half your game time in ts talking about the rules" Which I have had first hand experience of in the past, and therefore understand what he means. No one likes to die.

I have forgiven Mental_Dog for the rule break against myself, and hold no hard feelings towards him.

Unfortunately you made the call to shoot, miss communication or not , It's down to you

You were at the scene so you should've had a good understating of what was going on.

As @BratJaggesVlnd said, no more chances and I'm not going to go against his word.
