In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I genuinely have no idea. I had just got into the server and started to get to grips with what had changed after a ban I received 2 years ago and never disputed until now, and had also spawned in with what appeared to be all the account related things from 2 years ago when I last played. I was in the process of getting out of the city to dump anything I had when I got stopped by police, it was then I established my microphone didn't appear to be working. I was working on getting it sorted and then I was kicked.

Why should we unban you ?
I genuinely have no idea why I was banned. I hadn't had a chance to do any actual gameplay either. If there was something wrong from when I was previously banned then I would have happily got it changed ASAP had I have known what it was, but no communication was made. I don't feel I have done anything wrong on the server within the last 15 minutes of joining as I haven't had the chance to.

Edit - Worth noting after taking a look at the stats - I now realise it was potentially due to the gang name. That name is from 2+ years ago, the last time I was on the server. I hadn't even got as far as looking at that in game in my short time back on there and had someone have pointed it out to me I would have left it instantly.

Banned for childish gangname, which would just have been a kind request to change it, if it wasn't also for this rule:

[SIZE=medium](9.3.2) UNMC clothing is unique to the people who have worked hard to become a part of the servers whitelisted rebels, only they are allowed to wear it. The only exception to this, is the UNMC Beret, like the police, this can only be exchanged with hiqh quality roleplay. [/SIZE]

How did you even get that uniform?

Again - I spawned in wearing that, which would have been the last thing I was wearing 2 years ago which means it would have then been purchasable and not a rule. As such, I was not aware this was "UNMC"  clothing. Unfortunately this is one of the side effects of coming back into a game 2 years later with everything how it was left. I even had a Rahim, which i quickly disposed of.

If I had known that this clothing was now a part of a whitelisted faction, I would of got rid of it straight away, however I didn't know the specifics of what is and is not. I am sure you are able to see what I spawned back in with, changed and so on which would clearly show that no changes were made to my clothing since my time 2 years ago and now. So apologies

Okay, that actually makes sense. The uniform is skinned, it is a new texture that only has been in for a few months. But the original uniform has been taken out of the server longer ago, don't recall when exactly. So if you had it then and log in with it now, it is possible the new skin carried over. Whereas you drop it and pick it up it should now disappear.

If you disband that gang and rename it to something else, something that is even a little serious, or funny, but downright childish like ''bellends'' or ''assholes'' etc., I can agree to a unban.

If you have the uniform after your appeal goes through, drop it tho.

Agree to the terms, and I will unban you first thing tomorrow when I get back to the forums.

Thank you for understanding that this was a genuine thing that was mostly out of my control. It was so long ago that I didn't even question that it doesn't look like the "pilot coveralls" it displays them as. 

As soon as I am back in I will leave the gang, I don't think I made it so not sure I can disband? But if I can I will. I will also happily drop the uniform when I get in also, the colour doesn't match my eyes anyway.

Side note - I was in cuffs when I got kicked (probably because of the uniform), am I still going to be in these after the ban is lifted, randomly standing in a road helpless?

Unban processed. When logging in you will not be in handcuffs, you will have to pick a new spawn location.
