In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Because i logged out after being a hostage for 25 minutes. 3 guys took me hostage at the factory and drove my hemtt transport to the aluminium dealer were they sold up, they then told me they were going to take my truck to be scrapped and they were going to make me watch. i logged out on the way there which was 25 minutes after they first took me hostage.

Why should we unban you ?
I informed the guy driving that i was there to make a few screens then i was gonna sell up and log out, which would have taken me 5 minutes. I told him a number of times i didnt have ages to wait while he drove across half the map. He kept driving really slow and stoping alot, after 25 minutes we were only half way there and i told him i couldnt wait any longer, which i accept is fail rp, as for the logging out i didnt really have a choice as i didnt have time to wait for him to drive there and i informed him of this a number of times, though i do accept this is classed as combat logging.

Fail/Poor RP, combat logging and exploiting all in one go? Hmm.... Why should we give YOU another chance when you've broken this amount of rules in ONE session?

The combat logging and fail/poor rp were due to the same reason, i simply didnt have enough time to wait for them to drive from where we were, which was the factory, all the way to the chop shop, since i was a hostage for 25 minutes at the point i logged out at and we were only half way there. I informed the driver of this a number of times over vehicle chat, which i accept is fail rp but i didnt want to just log out all of a sudden without telling him what was going on. I was hoping we could work something out so i didnt have to wait but he seemed adament on selling my truck and making me watch.

I appologise for doing this but spending an extra up to 45 minutes AFTER i had planned to log out is quite a considerable amount of time and my job takes prioroty over gaming so i literally had no choice but to go, and felt the best way would be to at least tell the guy of this, but he didnt care.

I feel i should be unbanned because this particular log out was out of my control, and i felt he should at least know i was going before i went, hence the fail rp in chat, which i appologise for. I have always played fairly on the altis life servers and always try to adopt a funny role play character, which seems to work so well that half the time people steal my vehicle they end up bringing it back because they feel so bad of robbing someone who plays along so well. But i do understand that you have to enforce the rules and though it was out of my control this particular time, i still apologise for my actions.

As for the expoliting im not sure what you are refering to as i was sitting in the truck with handcuffs on the whole time and at no point left the vehicle.

In a sense I do understand where you are coming from, Your job should take priority however, you need to take responsibility of yourself here for example. You put yourself in the situation by your actions. If you have work at a certain time, you don't wait until the last minute to log off do you and rush around and end up being late for work. You need to take responsibility to make sure you don't get put into that situation again. Can you do that?

I certainly can do that. I have no problem what so ever in waiting for an extra 5,10, 15 minutes after i had planned to log out to wrap up whatevers going on, which has happened before plenty of time. When people have taken me hostage before its all been pretty straight forward, and if i need to log out they do their thing and are finished in plenty of time for me to go. Its just this one guy went well out of his way to waste as much of my time as possible, and after i told him i had to go he purposly started going slower. Also he seemed to be in it just to try and cause me grief, he had already taken my money and sold the stuff in my truck, which was aluminium, he had me hostage for 25 mins and didnt once ask for a ransom, he only wanted to make me watch him chopshop my truck and then after was going to kill me, since its in a red zone.

When i play before work i always leave enough time for things, i wasnt late or rushing around when the incident happened and gave him an extra 25 minutes to do his thing, which is a long time to be a hostage when u've planned to leave, but after i realised what he was doing i simply couldnt wait.

It wont happen again because i rarely play right before work, and every time i have and something has happened ive given plenty of time to wrap it up, its just this one guy was on a mission to waste as much if my time as possible, especially after he knew i had to go. I used to play alot back in 2014 and i must have at least 200 hours on ur servers and have been in litarally dozens of hostage and rp situations, not one of which has ended badly, its only because of this one guy.

However excuse or no, i did still technically break 2 of the server rules and understand u have a job to do and would like some reassurence i wont do this again, so i can only promise to not to play so close to work again and make sure i give ample time to wrap things up incase of a simular scenario presents itself.
