Because it looked like I was insulting a guy. I started getting annoyed because that guy didn't get what I said, and he kept asking the same questions over and over.

Because I lost my focus right there, I will watch it next time.

I was the neutral member support in a dispute and Max continued to show poor attitude and the lack of the desire to resolve the situation (I gave multiple warnings about his attitude).  I tried to explain that they both did wrong during the dispute and in my opinion there is no need to take the issue any further and that both could use the situation to learn from it in future situations. However Max wanted was saying that he wanted "a higher admin" so that the other person in the dispute would be punished. Not only is that poor attitude I also see that as threat to report.
