In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe i was banned for 'teleporting' my truck however, in my eyes the truck was not teleported - Video from when i stored to when i retrieved with explanations here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6M1rsSApwCY&feature=youtu.be

I explained the whole situation to Deleter and asked if he wanted my POV, to which he said no, i asked if there was anything else that could be done and gave a few suggestions as to what such as 'taking my truck and diamonds', again no.

In the video, you can see i store my truck as the other guys drive across to agios, to sell the diamonds. I then retrieve my helicopter in order to provide an overlook whilst they drove across. Deleter in game said to me, 'your truck inst vulnerable whereas everyone else were', however when i got the heli out to scout, i had the mindset that it was simply to scout and no harm was meant by it. You can also see from the video i thought about selling, and told myself no as it was clearly wrong, and i made a mental note of that and acted upon it. The rest of our guys successfully made it to agios also, all storing there trucks before we all left to take a hostage, the guy down at the medic we saw who hopped out of his vehicle and started being billy big bollocks with me.

We did the entire situation, receiving threats back and forth, before the guy was taken hostage and executed for how he spoke to me, you can see i was giving constant role play throughout the entire flight, patting down and executing.

We then go back to agios after our friend is picked up in order to sell the diamonds half an hour after we stored the trucks, and 15mins after they did. At no point was my intention to quickly fly over and get my truck out, to sell the diamonds, my thought process ran through to wait and give it fair time before actually selling the diamonds.

The sole reason the heli was out, was to scout and not fast forward my money making.

Why should we unban you ?
Now, of course its a <1% chance i get unbanned from this, but id like the admins to know i've been trying very hard to alter my ways, and improve every aspect of my game play, and lead the whole of my gang the same way and together improve our skill as a group under the aspect of the rules.

Personally, i have been much more relaxed, and made a few good friends who before i would've never dreamt of speaking to due the their associations, and vice versa.

There would be a few admins who could vouch for me, in saying i have genuinely tried to be a good member of the community, cause minimal trouble, and not only try but succeed in following the rules.

I hope my positives and good changes i have brought back with me can out way this one silly mistake, and i now have a better grasp of the teleportation rule and understand even when a truck is stored, it is not to be gotten out at another garage, even if great time is taken.

I think a warning would've allowed me to understand this rule, however i appreciate being told my mistake.

I'm not sure how you could possibly attempt to justify this or fail to see why you were banned.

You had 3 loaded trucks at diamonds. You admit  "some guys were trying to rob us". Yet during this. you stored one of the trucks, (and this is were the exploiting comes in) exploiting the fact the truck was now invulnerable to being robbed, thus denying the robbers an opportunity to get their hands on it.  You then tilted the balance in your favour by suddenly producing air support that wasn't there at the start, something the robbers would most likely have noticed and may have weighed up when deciding on whether to attempt a robbery or not.  Why you didn't start out with 2 trucks and one heli from the start is beyond me.

After all is done, you then magically teleport your truck to Agios removing any risk of it being attacked on route.

Seems like an open and shut case to me, don't you think?

I can see what you mean about the invulnerability, however the guys who were trying to rob us weren’t initiated or anything like that, they had just come up to us and were like ‘we are doing a diamond run too’.

i wasn’t bothered about the contents of the truck, nor the money the diamonds would’ve provided, I would’ve been accepting losing the truck if we were to have been robbed. I simply stored the truck to get eyes and at the time not realising that of course my truck then was invulnerable, I simply didn’t think of the situation that way. Infact, I wasn’t going to even do the run, and it’s the first one I’d attempted since coming back. I was just following my friends around, of course as you said I should’ve done this from the start.

You state the case Is open and shut, which is understandable, however I wasn’t bothered about the money from the run so much, I didn’t even realise what I was doing was protecting the truck, I simply wanted to be eyes from that point.

as stated, I’ve been trying so hard to play well, and I know it looks awful already seeing me back on this section of the forums, but I do fully understand why it here, at the time it just seemed nothing was wrong, and asif like an hour had passed.

Had you discarded the diamonds from the truck before you stored it (providing evidence of course) then this wouldn't have been an issue.

From all you've said, I'm getting... "I didn't realise", " I wasn't aware", "I didn't think", etc. 

Now if this was your first hiccup, second, and possibly even third, and if you'd approached your appeal with your tail between your legs, fully accepting you'd F'd up (again), and sought some kind of forgiveness, I may have been a little more accommodating. 

However, you have 6 historical bans and 4 warnings (more than I've ever seen).   That's 10 strikes, and I for one have never come across someone with so many, and you still tried to defend your actions despite it being an obvious rule break.

Dude, I'm all for giving someone a second or even a third chance, but it's pretty clear, RPUK and you don't mix well together, and each and every one of those 10 infringements have taken up valuable time of our voluntary staff.  

Sorry mate, as much as I hate to say it, and I know it sounds harsh because I genuinely think you're '''trying''', but you've taken up enough of our time. I'm therefore going to uphold the original 2.4 ban and reiterate that it's a permanent ban, without appeal,  in which you can appeal after 6 months from the date of your ban. That's the 21's of Feb 2019.

I don't like banning long term members of the community, but you've left me no choice and you only have yourself to blame.
