The reason I got banned is because I left the server when pulled over by an officer.

Why should we unban you ?
Just to clear out the situation:
I knew I was 'wanted'. I had a ticket open which was 75.000£. I was driving around to the copper mine/Processor and trader to get some
more money so I could pay the ticket to the police.
I saw two police cars behind with sirens. They both crashed into eachother so I was confused about what was going on. After a little moment one of the cars drove behind me
and I pulled over. I don't really know why the officer pulled me over. If it was to pay the open ticket, I was doing some work to get extra money and pay it. To me that sounds as I'm doing my best to actually pay it and admitt I did something wrong. Working for a mistake.

Long story short (my side): I didn't pull over at first because the crash of both police cars confused me. After one police car was following me I pulled over to the side of the road.

Sadly enough my real life job requires me to standby and make sure I can leave whenever I need to.
As you can read above: I had no reason to actually escape the officer in any way. If the officer would've told me I had a ticket open,
I would've explained him I was working on paying it and clear out the situation with this officer. About the mic: I do have multiple audio problems for some reason as
it's hard to hear people in the game. I tried to talk with the officer and told him I had to go but it seems like my audio didn't come through at all (when reviewing the video).
This issue with the microphone and audio are getting fixed this week.
I do understand it's annoying for you people to see what happends on the other side of the computer. That's why I will not dispute this, but I would ask for an unban as this was not my intentation in any kind of way. I'm actually willing to apply and become a police officer on Roleplay.co.uk so doing these kind of things would just make it impossible for me to join.

 (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*) *Appeals are allowed if you have made the effort to go on teamspeak and speak to the person/persons you were with to advise of a valid reason, or if you have signed back into the game and contacted them in game and made the full effort to relink up with them to continue roleplay, The person/persons should vouch for you in the appeal.

After I had the ability to go back decently on my computer I went to Teamspeak and waited for the Police officer. When he joined Teamspeak I explained the situation. (Fergus)

As I am aware you might ask me some questions:

- I've read the rules again and I'm aware of all the rules that apply to roleplay.co.uk, their servers, teamspeak and forums and in-game roleplay.

- Explain the rule (I got banned from): I am not allowed to leave roleplay meanwhile interacting on the server. This includes roleplay with police officers, when being in a gunfight or other things such as dead awaiting for a medic and more.

- How would you prevent this from happening again: I am willing to dedicate myself to this community. I'm 'new' here so that was my 'noobie' mistake. To prevent this I will make sure I won't get anyone disturbing me from role-playing and make sure I don't have to leave. Soon I'll have way more time on my hand which means I would love to apply to become a police officer on the server. Another reason why I did this without the intentation of breaking rules (because breaking rules would make it impossible to do.) I guess this appeal is very detailed and I hope you are able to see I did full effort at this point in making sure we can solve this problem, Hoping you take that in consideration. I know I should've been aware of this but I would ask giving a second chance as I love playing on this server and it's one of the only reasons I bought Arma.

I know this is a lot of text (I want to inform you as good as possible) but I want to show that I'm serious about this matter and want to do as much effort as possible to fix this problem.

I can asure you this will not happen again as I've taken precautions.
I would like to apologize to the officer as I had no intentation doing that and to the staff team for taking away precious time and hoping for an unban.
I'm willing to answer all questions and give you more information on this matter if required.

Hello Thesoldier,

First I would like to thank you for answering my appeal and allowing it as an appeal. Yesterday I tested all aspects of the game on another server. I checked graphics of the game, controls (not really a problem in this case, but just to be sure.) audio and microphone has been sorted as I installed a brand new microphone and talked with Arma support to fix my audio. Everything is operating the way it should be operating.

We understand real life comes first, so I will point out if you have to go because of a real life issue, please always use OOC text with direct to inform the player of the situation.

Will do this for sure. Double checked it when reading the rules again.
