(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

I drove with my car into a building an I hit (accidently) 2-3 persons standing nearby this building.

As you can see in the picture above it was on the corner of the garage and building next to this. At that moment there were 2-3 persons (as far as I can remember) standing there next to an even bigger group that was talking about an incident earlier on with someone of (back then) support. I'd like to give you a couple reasons for why this VDM could be classed rather as an accident instead of a true VDM with the intent to hurt players or break server rules.
* I'm not sure if this is a common problem or not: When I’m driving the car I automatically have it, when i turn the mouse to the other side, the player/car moves into the direction of where i point my mouse and turns. This was sadly enough a problem at that moment. I moved the mouse to look at the people standing at the pavement and discussing something when the car out of a sudden turned a crashed into the wall (and hit people).
* If I had the true meaning of breaking rules I could've hit a lot of other people. I know this is a rather weak excuse but I'd like to point out that I hit the wall and crashed into 2 persons by accident. VDMing in this situation could mean driving over a lot of other people in the area with the possibility to escape and make even more victims. At that point I got stuck with the car and the admin popped up. -> Got nothing to win out of this besides a broken car, 2 persons fell on the ground (not during anything massively important). (Again this might sound like a bad excuse but I'd like to point it out.
* As this is an accident, the admin pulled me away and talked to me in private to ask me why I did this. You'll ask me: Why did you not tell. The history before the incident was not mentioned so let me be your guest and explain:
The usual case: Hobo stealing a sport hatchback from another player, driving like a fool and ending up crashing it. I had no evidence of that person ramming my car multiple times, VDMing me multiple times when I asked to stop and when he finally stopped (because the car was broken) he stepped out without saying a word, punched me with a gun and ran off in the sunset. After these multiple times getting annoyed and frustrated by the same player over and over, I was already not in my happiest mood to be honest. When getting pulled away and told I VDMed someone after what happened previously I couldn't be any more frustrating. I didn't want to combat log so I kept quiet. I'd like to point out that I don't agree a 100% with the admin before the incident either and I'm not the biggest fanboy. At that point it sounded smarter to me just to keep silent and avoid anything worse while being frustrated and already not being the biggest fan which also didn't do a big favor.
Reconsidering all this I do agree this wasnt the best way dealing with the situation which i regret.
I'd like to point out that I've always kept myself correct to server rules and that I've served the APD for a long time with a break in between. I know the rules perfect and I've purposely stayed away from RPUK because I wanted to show that I understand why I got banned, but I do know that I'm not a threat to the server, players or community and think this ban isn't required for me personally as I've the interest in returning to APD and continuing with keeping the streets safe. This was my own punnishement from applying earlier. After being away I noticed a lot changed and I've re-read the rules to keep myself up-to-date.
I'd like to thank you for reading and if you've more questions, feel free to ask them and I'll be glad to answer. I've written this in several points so it's easy to catch up with a rather strange situation and give you the best way to judge this. Looking forward to a reply and hoping you take this into consideration.
