was new to the game and was ignorant to the rules of roleplay, i shot and killed 3 police officers and was told to submit an unban appeal several months ago, i thought my ban may have worn off after several months, i have read the rules and have gathered alot more experience on other RP servers so i now know how to behave and play. Soory about the last onw timing out i didnt get a notification sorry.

Why should we unban you ?
wish to play with my friends and i am now a more experienced and sensible player who will abide by the rules and give a high class of RP to the server, thankyou for reviewing my submission. It took me this long to appeal due to me playing on a different server and only wanting to join back lately, sorry again for not responding sooner

RDM is in my mind killing someone because you can and not initiating roleplay on the target, RDM in my mind is a rule to make others roleplay experience more enjoyable as it eliminates the toxic side of the game, the rule is basically to make the life mod, well, more like real life, you wouldnt just randomly shoot someone in the street so dont do it in arma basically is what the rule is

Moments before you RDM'd you had been spoken to by a staff member about breaking RP, why did you not use this opportunity to read the rules rather than RDM'ing the second the staff member teleported away?

If im honest, i dont really know and i cant even remember the situation clearly myself, all im saying is that since then ive matured and have read the rules of not just your server but all the other ones ive played on since then, i RDMed a couple of people months ago because i was ignorant to the situation, im not trying to make this difficult and im apologising so i can play on your server, i understand what i did was wrong but if you have any further questions ask away, all im trying to do is get unbanned to play with my friends not to RDM on your server again, thankyou.

Ok so this unban appeal has been going since August 6th, which is nearly a week, might i add that my other appeal got shut down in 2 days due to me not checking it, but the one i have been responding to has went on nearly a week? I understand admins are busy but when staff ask me questions that ive already answered in the appeal it slows the process down for me and in this case the staff of the server also, any conclusion reached would be brilliant and what would be better is me to be unbanned, i would love to talk in person to you all about this but unfortunately that would be "bumping" so we cant get to a quick solution without the same stream of events, i get a reply to my post i reply within a few hours, then i wait in some cases for over 24 hours for a response, i understand that you may be busy and i have a life also, that doesn't imply that you dont but id like to see us reach a solution faster than a week, it seemed you were happy to reach a conclusion in 2 days to decline me so i dont understand whats making this process so lengthy? And even if i tried to talk to someone on your team speak it would make my appeal take much longer than its taking, so can i please have a response in under 24 hours as my current appeal waiting time is now coming up to a week. Ive made a mistake on your server because i was new to the game, and i dont know if you have wrote this down in your detailed "ban notes" that "CC Aiden" has used against me, but as he says

To answer you directly Aiden and not the different staff member ive dealt with for every response, moments after i was spoken to i was pulled over by your officers and told to put my hands on my head, which i then proceeded to shoot and kill 3 officers. Now i dont know about the staff and i certainly cant speak for them but in real life not everyone accepts arrest, and if you think that not resisting arrest makes the gameplay more "fair" it doesn't, and thats a fact, it makes it more fun and exciting, just because i didnt comply with your rules and after having a think about it i remember the situation alot clearer now its safe to say that yes i am playing the "didnt know the rules card" because you know why im "playing that card"? Because i didnt know the rules. Honestly im embarrassed at how long it takes to respond to someone who has complied with what you've asked and is being polite and providing constructive criticism, id suggest you allow future banned players to appeal in person (teamspeak), not only does this free up your time but also the victims time, i know making me wait for a week can be seen as a "punishment" in your eyes, i dont know if you enjoy me waiting a week for a basic response, i dont know, what i do know is that im not a repeat offender and permanently banning a new player who managed to kill 3 officers shows more about your police force than it does about someone who purchased the game that day and was unaware of your rules. I dont think i should wait a week on a response for something i did out of lack of reading the rules 5 months ago, i dont think you'd enjoy that treatment either, it pushes people away from your server and the only reason i want back on to your server is to help my friends learn the game and in turn me not being on pushes them away from not only playing the server, but playing the game aswell, so not only are you reducing your player count from your lack of involvement, your hurting the game you run off, or in sayings terms "biting the hand that feeds you" none of this information ive provided is in any way to be taken to heart, i mean what i say but not in a mean way, and to quote what this person said

It took me so long to appeal the ban due to me not reconnecting to the server after logging off only until around the start of August, which as ive mentioned above was to play with friends, and your broken english and you not reading the content provided is just slowing everyone down here, i understand its not your fault, its the fault of the people who didnt infrom you google translate exsists you can find it here https://translate.google.co.uk/ . I understand that you are all busy but id like to think resolving active appeals would be your priority, not inactive ones, once again thank you for your time and i look forward to playing on your server, hopefully i can get a response in under 24 hours, ie before 22:50 13/08/2017.

That is the amount of appeals that is currently in process, which are taken from the back working up to ensure the people waiting the longest comes first, so you writing on your appeal will actually SLOW DOWN THE PROCESS. This is the thing that you are calling Jefke out for doing, but you have been the biggest offender of this, since a response would have arrived at least 24 maybe 48 hours ago if you just had waited! I don't think you've grown up, you can say "I learned more about the game" all you want, but you don't follow the core of this community, exactly the "This is an adult community". Lashing out at a Staff Member for a minor spelling mistake, because of being foreign, I am sorry we do not entertain nationalistic people, who is too busy getting a thrill over the sound of their perfect English, to understand the problems from other perspectives.
