In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was in Teamspeak trying to sort an in game situation out with another player when he claimed that I RDM'd him when I never. We started to escalate and it got to the point where I said something along the lines of "Next time I will RDM you". This caused me to get banned from the Teamspeak and the server by Crumble. I completely understand what I have did and learn't from it.

Why should we unban you ?
Since this ban I have matured and became a better person. I no longer argue with people I just ignore them. I have learnt that I was toxic and went over the rules. The rule I broken was (1.7). If I was in this situation again I would let the staff helping tell me if it was RDM or not. If it was RDM I would them compensate him and leave. I would like to apologise to whoever I was arguing with and Crumble for having to hear the argument. Before I leave I'd just like to say thank you for the opportunity on being able to appeal it means a lot to me.

and why would you say something so silly, because let's be honest, it was.

 
This is an appeal. I said this because I was angry at the time. Within now and then I have learnt that the better thing to of done in this situation was to just ignore the other person and let the staff dealing with this situation deal with it.

 
It may be correct but due to it being some time ago now I do not remember. I have read the rules and understand that killing in a greenzone is never allowed. 

 
Dont act like an "Idiot" again. If you manage to receive another ban in the next 6 Months, you will have to go through the permanent appeal process.
