In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
For swearing and I haven't read the rules at that time I haven't played on the server for a while so that's really my fault and I being a troll too so I understand why the cop restrained me and left me there but the server was restarting in a minute and they were dealing with people.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I want to start over and fully read the rules this time and take the server more seriously and change my behaviour since last time I was kind of being a troll so I understand why I was banned and its my fault entirely. *note I don't know which server I was banned on so I put server 1

How would you control your anger in future situation's were you lose/get arrested? 

 
@Madmatt150 well I if I get killed well nobody really likes that tbh and id still be angry and if I were to get arrested I would still be angry but I learned to keep my anger to myself so I wouldn't show any negativity in game now over time 

 
You say yourself that you'd still be angry in both situations, yet you've learned to keep the anger to yourself.  How can we as staff be sure this is the case?
