this (6.1.4) You must not lockpick or steal a vehicle from the green zone.

and this rule its for hobos like me who dont know rules.

But now im ready to come back.I will dont create another problems soon.

Because hobos steal cars,trucks etc in green zone and troll and for that have this community that rule.
