In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i was banned for smoking weed while in handcuffs. (failed rp)

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: after speaking to noze i understand what i did wrong, i shouldnt of been smoking after the handcuffs were in place, i fullly undestand this and it will not happen again. i apologise, to all involved and for my failure in rp.
