In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I got banned for pick locking a car in safe zone.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I really forgot that I can't lock pick a car in safe zone and I will always read the rules when I join the server everyday or once a day and I will always be in RP and I will never break a rule ever again
