i got banned because of a roleplay incident were my microphone cut out and made the victim that i was roleplaying with and ended up killing him, this ofcourse was my reaction to him not replying and doing what i told him to do ingame, but i understand my ban now that i see my sounds and microphone was glitched or did not work. so i want to apologize and ask for unban since it was never my intention to RDM anyone and that my choise to kill him was only based on roleplay that he didnt reply and do what i said- wich was because of my microphone failing.

Why should we unban you ?
i explained this in the upper field. was never my intention to RDM and i will be sure to doublecheck my sounds and that my microphone is working next time i aproach anyone ingame.

Well your story doesn't quite add up. Previously you said you shot the guy in self defence? Which is it?

Answer truthfully or you'll find this won't got well.

It does add up. on my screen i mightve encountered some desync and that made hes car hit mine, and in arma 3 we all know the physics and when 2 cars collide they could easily explode. Thats where i do self defense. It was a wierd accident and i know what i did wrong and how to avoid it happening again.

 
You said in this appeal it was all a misunderstanding and that your microphone wasn't working but you have also said you shot him because you thought he crashed into you? Get your story straight.

Is it perfectly fine to shoot someone with no roleplay if it's for 'self defence' when they bump your car by accident?

 
He had chased me and tried to stop me and yell at me 2-3 times before i finally stopped popped hes tires and tried to make him surrender and put hes hands up. Then after all that and he didnt respond i shot him. This whole story is very wierd and on my screen he hit me more than once witch made me go to self defence. This could for sure have been desync, im not sure. I had 0 intentions of breaking RDM at all. And are happy to compensate the guy i shot.

Like the thing is i didnt start shooting him because he tried to crash me i stopped him popped hes tires AND THEN i shot him because he didnt listen because my mic didnt work. I tried to give him chance to explain hes behavior but he couldnt hear me.

That's your responsibility..

If I am even going to consider unbanning you, I need to know that you actually understand why in the described situation you are banned.

Do you understand how/why this is a bannable offence? If you do/don't please explain why

yes i do understand that i got banned for rdming, ofc it would not have been alright at all to shoot the guy or even pull out my gun without talking to him and initiating something, now i may have overreacted a bit since it could have been desync that couldve caused him to hit me, so i get that i was violating RDM and then i ALWAYS need to be sure my Microphone is working. i fully understand this, and im very sorry that this situation happend like it did.
