I will link the video, from his point of view it looked like a clearly rdm but what actually happened is that it was a big fight going on in the area, then [TI] Salty and 2 other [TI] came in hatchback and stopped the vehicle exactly were i killed a guy. [TI] Salty jumped out and started to shoot at my vehicle and I thought he was shooting at one of my friends, I just reacted fast and killed him for self defence. http://plays.tv/video/56478bfc891c60b1c2


Why should we unban you.
Because I have played on this server for quite a while and I know the rules and I know that it looks like rdm from his point of view so I went into their ts channel to try explain what happend and appologize, but the guy clearly didn't want to talk and said "have a good vacation" and left the ts channel. I'm really sorry but I didn't record at this time so I can't prove he is wrong, but I think I deserve a second chance.

Good Afternoon,

I will be handling your appeal for your pending deportation from the island.

After reviewing your forum report, the ban was justified. The fact is these three men showed up, saw some money, and were joking around. At no time in this video did I see anyone having their life threatened. 

How can you claim self defense when they're just standing around a car? You are hidden and you shot them from a distance away?

 
You are right, i used the wrong word, it was not self defense, but my friend was in the house right infront of the car, so when salty shot at the car my friend said: "I am getting shot at" or so he thought. I know i did wrong and im sorry. If i get a final chance i will be more careful next time. 

 
Just a question:

If you're in a firefight, and new people show up but are not armed, would you consider them targets?

If so why, If not, when would they become a legtimate target?

So if an unarmed person refused to leave, what would you do then? What if they pick up a gun, but keep it on their back?

Something like "Drop the goddamn gun that you just picked up, do so if you value your life, i'll give you ten seconds to put the gun back where you found it and get the hell out of here"
