In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i spoke with an admin, on my screen i didnt hit them it was most likley dsync. i was banned for vdm, i took the admins advice and go for a ban apeal

on my screen i ran them the first time as i explained despite that i parked in front of them relating to my point of view they wernt there it was dsync

 
In all honesty i undertand the rules as in this case and evidence backing this up it appeared i committed "VDM" in my POV and the situation was a robbery, we left seemingly its was okay, on the video it showed i ran him over i explained to the admin this had actually happened (the guy ran in the road of a moving truck...in result he got ran over) on wards we decided to go back me and my accomplice i had recently met (Mark) who was also banned for VDM we drove in front of them as seen in the footage i looked like i ran them over despite they would come back and they were on the pavement. in my argument this occurred to me it was dysnc as i seen with my own eyes they were no where near the moving truck

i do not intend to break the rules i come on to have fun and as in this case the admins are only doing their role to keep the server and community in tact and i respect that fully but in pov as explained it was desync bearing mind i do have poor internet id like to preach for a second chance as it is misunderstood how the event took place @DainMK

When you ran them over why didn't yo get out and role play with them? Why just drive off? 

 
first of all before this recording took place the people who

were ran over owned the truck, we robbed them, took the keys through role play and drove of when he ran in the road

when we come back they were on the pavement, as i have inquired on my screen they were not there(desyncing)

Not as often to be perfectly honest it started occurring within this last week as well as the day this happened, as i have said before i do not intend to go against the rules this is here by misunderstood event where on my own fault my internet connection caused this to happen (desync) i would like to propose a second chance as this will not happen again and would be a pleasure to play on this server again

sorry for wide time gap response the website for the forum was down for me.
