In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
To start off it was a gun fight that kicked off between us as the UNMC and Police. After around five mins off the gun fight kicking off I was rubber bulleted and restrained. Then my radio and communications was taken from me so I was unable to use the radio (I muted the TeamSpeak at this point). After this I was transported to NPAS by CI Dean Cain and awaited there for around 40-45 minutes. Within this time however, is where the issue occured. Whilst at my time at NPAS I was unrestrained 3 times in total unexpectedly. I was unaware as of why it was occuring. On the first time of me being I believe it was because of the death of an officer that originally restrained me so the handcuffs "fell off". Due to this i thought i got unrestrained by the Police so I ran out off NPAS thinking I was free the I stopped and lay on the floor outside and I realised that it could have been a "glitch" so I attempted to run back to my original position but the I was tazed and restrained by PCSO Matt. After some more RP I was unrestrained a further 2 more times. To my attention at the time I was unsure of why it occured so I decided to stay still this time and allow the Police to restrain me until my time had come to go to prision (I did this to prevent the factor of exploitation or the false acusation and/or suspicion of restrain glitching). With the additional 5-10 mins of transport time I was then put in to prision for an additional 30 minutes without any more issues.

Why should we unban you ?
I think that you should un ban me because I have been on the server for around a year and a half so I know how rules and the high quality RP is enforced. Also this is my first offence. Now, I want to act upon my mistakes and continue playing on this community and server with friends that I have made. Finally, I can see what has happened and I see that my punishment has been accepted amongst myself and I can see my mistakes and as I mentioned I want to act and learn from my mistake of running away.

[SIZE=medium](2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of its intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows,and locking doors that have been broken into before 10 minutes have passed, IE those that have been bolt-cut. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not be abused in the future. [/SIZE]

Thanks for the reply and the rule I broke and which that I was banned for was rule 2.4. 2.4 is exploiting as I used the new UNMC OPFOR ability to undo police handcuffs. Also to add I should have stayed at the place of arrest instead of attempting to run and then realising what I have done. To add I should have placed my hands straight back up above my head as I was un aware of how I was originally un restrained.

UNMC had been informed constantly about the fact they can abuse the unrestrain function. Surely you could have guessed what was going on?

I was un sure throughout as I did not expect my fellow UNMC member to do such a thing but once again I apologise. If they "Fell off" again I will instantly remain in the same position with my hands placed above my head to prevent this from happening again. I shall then wait until an officer as such has released me properly.
