In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Well , i stole a helicopter that landed right in the middle of athira , i tried to fly with it but as long as i'm a very very bad pilot , i crashed in a house . After that , the proper pilot of the chopper just got mad and executed me right in front of a policeman . When i tried to respawn , i accidentaly spawned in Athira again , i tried to run away from the city so no-one would notive that i broke the rule ( 5.3 ) which restricts people from getting back to the place where they died ( killed in a roleplay/accident situation) . However , when i got spawned , i was litteraly placed right in the athira bank , where i got killed , i rushed right to the garage to get out of there , but a cop saw and stopped me in order to be sure if it's me ... maybe he then told the admin that i broke the gold rule and ... here i am .

Why should we unban you ?
I spent over 200 hours on your server guys , i really loved it and the idea of roleplay... is just brilliant . I made myself a gang that is really nice , met new people , learnt to talk with policemen , medics , robbers and so on , even improved my english skills while i was roleplaying ... Besides all of that , none of those would have happened if i wouldn't missclick from Agios to Athira , everyone makes mistakes after all ... right ?
When i spawned and realised that i'm actually in Athira , it was too late ...
I just hope you will be able to forgive my stupidity of not checking where i spawn before i really spawn .

Sure , I broke the rule (5.3) which , if you die , you are not allowed  to remember any roleplay situation/vehicles out of garages/murderers and you cannot return to the position you died within 1.5 km ( this rule does not apply if you got RMD'd or VMD'd ) .

If i recently got involved in a report , should i quote that rule too ? ( i admit here , this time it wasn't a missclick , i can explain if it's needed)

Ok , so , i was at the rebel outpost and someone came with a chopper , when he was about to land i sent him a bullet spray to not land until i finish buying what i need ( i shot in the building  window and if i'm right , the bullets doesn't go throught unbrakable windows ) when i came back to the blackmarket , my brother warned me that he's gonna need the computer in like 5 minutes ( he needed to post a website really quick , he is a freelancer ) , when i left the area , i realised that i forgot to buy a mask , my brother told me to eject from the PC but i told him that i need to buy a mask and to let me 1 more minute ( i didn't want to waste time anymore  going back to the rebel outpost because i almost got the money for the advanced weapons license and i was so hyped ) , by the moment i got there my brother started arguing with me to let him at the PC , but i got shot many times by the guy who was in the helicopter ( if you take a look in the video report, you can see that i was just standing when i got out the car , at that moment i was being argued by my brother and i wasn't paying attention to the game ) , i told my brother that i was being shot and i had to wait until the helicopter guy else let me go , or kill me ... by the moment i said that he got mad and litterally ejected me from the computer , he tried to Alt+TAB the game but it was still occupying the whole screen , so he just used ctrl+alt+delete and closed it by task manager . 

He used the computer like 10 minutes if i remember well , when i got back in the game the helicopter guy told me that he's not gonna report and i should be much careful in the future . By that time i had a HEMMT full of diamonds and on the way to agios , i was being followed by a red SUV , and i said to the chopper guy "k" ... and then he left the game , when i got robbed by that red suv , i tried to contact the helicopter guy but i couldn't find him . 

I know that "my brother did it " is not an excuse on this server ,as i know , it must be 100% thruth in the unban appeal , and this is the whole thruth. I don't think i missed anything.

 i know it was my mistake by not letting he use the computer at the moment . If you can forgive me , i'll be more carefull in the future and there is no other way to prove it , than just banning me permanently if i will break a rule one more time.

i watched the video of the report, 
Can you explain why it says you aborted to the lobby. That means you waited the 10 seconds. 
And then click abort. 
I thought you was not lying to us ?

I didn't lie with any word , as i said he pressed escape , didn't find the 'exit' button as in the other games , he tried to ALT+tab the game but it was still on the whole screen ,then he tried to alt+f4 but still nothing happened , in that moment i was in my room , i wanted to grab my phone , he yelled to me " how the ... do i close this game?!" , i didn't say anything because he was so pissed of , i've got no idea if he succeed to find the abort key , but i can confirm he closed it by task manager because by the time i got back in the room , i was watching him closing the game because the computer was running slow as  the game was running in the background and he was in much hurry. 

As an addition to "Why should we unban you?" question . If you take a look in my steam account , you can clearly see that i have the game for 2 months i think , and i got 230 hours on it , 220 were spent only on your server , it offered me an oportunity to try for the very first time roleplay . I enjoyed the game that much that i even bought all the DLCs in order to  acces the full content of the game ( excepting the Jets and karts dlc , those offered not so interesting content ).This Roleplay server offered me an unforgetable  gaming experience and many lovely memories together with my gang , as with other players .. all i wish is not to end everything with a ban . 

To sum up , I didn't try to lie , especially you guys as long as you are my only chance to get back to my gang and continue my duty . 

If you will have enought mercy to grant me another chance , i would be gratefull and will pay much more attention to the server rules ( and also to my brother if he warns me that he needs the computer).

If I may add, not sure if I will get warning points here. But he says I am just standing there as he shoots me because I just jumped out of my car.

He came in engine off probably to try and kill me ran into the rebel outpost ran around for a bit while I hid I waited for him to go outside then I shot at him. He was at rebel probably for 3 minutes before I opened fire because I was hiding waiting for the perfect moment. So my belief is that he came there with the intent to kill me as he rolls up and then engine off and I heard him and then I took action as you can see in the video. Sorry if this is not allowed and counts as a bump but I just wanted to explain that.

I wasn't initially gonna report him but he kind of disregarded the rules in side so I decided to report it anyways.

Considering he's trying to an unban appeal on an NLR rule that didn't get him banned isn't he just straight up lying as well. :s

Oh , there you are ... yes , i came with my engine off , a friend of mine that has  many hours on Arma taught me this strategy in order to not distract people , if i wanted to kill you  i would have done it  by the time you  were about to land for the first time  ( i just warned you by shooting near the helicopter , the only reason i came there was to buy a mask , please understand that ) .I came back because i wanted to buy a mask so i wouldn't waste time coming back when my brother is done with the PC  ,  of course  had my gun out if any disturbance would occur . In addition to that i didn't see your helicopter landing , that is the main reason i had my engine silent and i wasn't sure if anyone was there . 

About the side chat ... i already told you that i was being chased by a red car , so i couldn't reply more than just "K" as i'm a slow writter , a message like "hang on" or "wait a sec" would have lead me in a a car crash as i was driving fast. I've been looking for you shortly after  i got robbed but you left  .

i was initially banned for the NLR that i broke when i missclicked from Agios to Athira ( i can give you a screenshot of the message as proof ) , i was banned again ( double banned ) for combat log which was a misstake.

However i will just quote the rule that i broke in the report as i didn't mention it yet :

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained .

well , here i just couldn't hold my brother as i understand him because ... it's his job after all . However i had a chat with him about that and he will buy a laptop in order to not occur with  my time at the pc again .

Everything i ask for is just a last chance to play on your server and meet my gang to continue the endless adventure of RATC , if you catch me one more time breaking a rule you can just send me a permanent ban without appeal .

Player was spotted dieing and losing his cocaine truck in Neri spawning back in Kavala and then drove to Drug Dealer and accessed his vehicle and tried to sell.

Too many bans in such a short space of time. I'm not impressed nor am I going to entertain you any further. You've been unbanned for a perma-ban worthy offence of teleporting, noted for breaking NLR, banned for breaking NLR and then also reported for combat logging. IN THE SPACE OF 1 MONTH.

We won't tolerate it,
