My friend flipped a vechicle and died, but the admin thought I flipped it, therefore he banned me. My friend confirmed this to the admin, but he didn't listen.

Yes I remember. The group he was rolling with was first brought to my attention by the police, as they were allegedly being racist and VDMing. I went and spoke with the group suggesting they read the rules and watch their behaviour and language. Minutes after leaving them I catch them again calling people n****rs etc. As they moved to the garage, they started messing around with a truck sat on the spawn point, and I saw it 'unflip' many times (not that it needed flipping) , killing two people stood next to it. 

As I recall the vehicle last flipped after the last person had died, leading to the conclusion he was responsible. They did indeed tell me it was the dead person who flipped it, however as I knew they were all friends, and they knew he was going to be banned, I figured they took the blame to get him off the hook.

If I'm honest the whole group seemed close to a 1.6. I do not believe they are here to roleplay, they certainly showed no quality RP during the time I was watching them, they only caused offence and hardship for the police and civs.

DainMK, Im under the impression you consider a phrase: "wassup my ni**a" racist, even though we are black  and use this normally? Okay, that I can respect, however I cannot respect your accusation, as if I had lied. I really did not kill them, I started flipping immediately after they had died, and I am sorry for abusing unflip command. I have read the rules, and I will act accordingly from now on. As for VDM-ing, that is also bs. All we did was force people to stop (in complete rp ofcourse) and robbed them, as road bandits do. We are dedicated roleplayers and would never RDM, if things like car accidents aren't taken into consideration.

 
@kekker this is not your unban appeal your comments have been hidden and you've been issued a warning point according to the rules

Also it doesn't matter if you're black, you don't say anything racist related in any context on our servers. This isn't grand theft auto 3 grove street  

 
I understand. I will be controlling my speaking from now on, so I wouldn't offend anyone.  I thought this could be considered rp, when you jump out of a car and say "It's a robbery, drop it ni**a", however I will certainly not do the same mistake again.

 
We were trying to move it away from the vehicle spawn point, but instead 2 of our guys died. Even though I was told to continue, I was going to stop soon as the truck remained in it's place. Now, after re-reading the rules I know that I broke "2.5" and used flip vehicle without a good reason, and I am sorry.

 
I was roleplaying pushing the car away. In real life 4 guys would have done it, however next time I would call the police or ask the driver to move their car.

 
Police/NHS can impound, also on the phone there is an option to notify in-game admin/staff who can fix it as well.
