In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
@Gregory said that I am allowed to post an unban appeal due to a possible misunderstanding of the situation.

From what I understand I was banned for placing a spike strip through a wall just outside greenzone in Kavala. The situation got worse by officers coming to me with hostility and eventually being tazed. Normally nearing the 4 AM restart people are in Kavala just having a laugh and messing about with each other, and I simply was doing so to have a laugh too and a little banter.

After the situation we spoke on TS about it and eventually came to an agreement that we will talk continue to talk about the situation and resolve it the next day as it was nearing 5 AM. I came online today to see that I was banned without fully resolving this on TS and I was a bit disappointed by that as that is what we all agreed to.

I did explain on TS that I was going to roleplay that I threw nails over the wall but things got out of hands before that happened.

Why should we unban you ?
I was not spiking the police car to troll or bait, I was just messing about shortly before the restart. I did not mean to cause disruption to anyone and I do understand that using spikes through a wall is not acceptable now and I did not fully think of it in that way at the time. I have been on ALUK for a long time now and I never meant to intentionally break this rule.

I am fully sorry to anyone who I may have annoyed by doing so, it was not meant to be like that.

As a long time player, how would you think it is acceptable and roleplay to push spikestrips through the wall?

@Thesoldierat the time I had the mindset of roleplaying it was throwing nails over the wall. I do understand now that it was a silly thing to do and I partially blame myself for playing at 3:30 AM being a little tired. 

I should have thought about my actual actions rather than what I wanted to RP and I am sorry for not doing so.

Rules are rules even if its 30 seconds to restart, and that doesn't negate that. Are you going to keep making mistakes like this when its the middle of the night?

That first one was my very first day on the server, honest mistake by my part.

No I will not continue to make mistakes, I will be more aware of my decisions for any form of situations I may be in in-game.  I will think before I act in all occasions. Again to those involved also, I did not mean to be a pain and I am sorry for that. I do love being part of this community and I wish to continue to be part of it.
