In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think I was banned from this server because I was being immature and did not try to resolve the situation in fact making it worse. If I was in the admins position i would of done the same because I was not willing to resolve the situation. Also the video footage of me shooting him looked like RDM even though he robbing my friend and my friend told me to shot him when he put his hands up. Because he was with the guy who killed my friend.

Why should we unban you ?
I have tried to adapt to different servers and it is hard because most of the roleplay servers their roleplay is not as strict as yours so you get RDM a lot and I find it annoying so I would love one more chance to play this server again. Since I have put most of my hours into roleplay because it is fun and addictive and I feel the guy did not try to resolve the situation he asked my friend but I was not online I was asleep so i would like one more chance to join this server.

So it's not RDM because your friend told you to shoot? Who's responsibility is it to ensure rules are followed before shots are fired? 

When is it okay to shoot someone?

Quote me all the rules you have broken from the rules page and explain those rules in your own words.

I know it is still RDM and i should of asked him if we were initiated with everyone. I should of 100% made sure we were initiated with everyone in the area. I think it is okay to shoot someone when you have initiated with the threatening of someone's life and repeat at least once to make sure they have heard your threat. Give them time and if they pull a weapon i find it okay to shoot but if they do not comply I will ask 1 more time and if they stand still I will tell them they will be knocked out if they do not comply and then take them hostage. I feel like one of the rules I broke was 2.2 what's is knows as RDM what's means random death match this rule is made so players will not randomly get killed and they will be informed with roleplay before shoots are fired if this rule is broken it will equal in a perm ban. I think i was also banned for 1.6 what means if admins find you are there to disrupt or there to cause mischief they will ban you. I feel they did this ban because I was not helping so it looked like I joined the server juts to cause mayhem.

Can you please quote the rule you broke (Copy and paste) it from our rules page and explain to us exactly what that rule means and when its acceptable to shoot another player  - What do we expect from you, the initiating player?

2.2 by itself does not warrant a permanent ban

The reason why I ask you to quote and explain to us the rule again is because judging from your last response you either have not read the rule or have not read and understood the rule to a satisfactory level

Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban). If my friend is the culprit of the engagement it is his responsibility to make sure rules are followed before shots are fired. I feel you expect us not to go up to someone you hate and start a robbery you should engage with some roleplay maybe comment about his sandals and see were the conversation goes from there if he starts being cocky you then should say you sure you want to carry on if he carry's on then you can rob him because you have informed him with high quality roleplay. From the initiating player there should be high RP and no count downs to the player who is being initiate on.
