In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I didn't want to be executed. I was already salty about the people who killed me and my fellow gang member giving me false information. I didn't want to give them the luxury of executing me. And I also wanted to respawn and gear up faster without having to deal with waiting till the "respawn" option came up just in case they didn't execute me. Even though it may seem that I was trying to get to the pearl dealer "faster" but it wouldn't have mattered because I waited for sweep to die to pick him up at athira anyway. But that's beside the fact. I broke the rules and I was punished for it, that's all there is to it.

Now for the NLR I still need some help on. We were at the clams and 3 people land in a hellcat. I realize oh shit, these guys are probably going to wait for us at the pearl dealer since it's a redzone. So I told Panter to go to the redzone and wait there. The hellcat left and me and sweep were still picking clams. Then the hellcat comes back with 5 people (I tell Panter what's happening) , me and sweep try to takeoff before they can all hop out, but it's too late. They kill us, I Combat log and wait for sweep to be executed. Once he is executed I pick him up at athira and head to the black market. Panter reminds us that people were at the pearls so we should probably go to the pearl dealer and help him if anyone comes. (Keep in mind they took a long time at the pearl processor and the NLR timer is way passed). We wait at the pearl dealer and of course they come, there's a big shootout, and we end up winning.

I would understand if I broke NLR if it was just me and sweep. But, because Panter was waiting at the Pearl Dealer well before they killed us the first time, I don't really understand. Maybe I just need some help with the NLR rule. I tried PMing F.A.D.E. about it on August 5th, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet, I understand how admins have more important things to deal than answering PMs all day.

Why should we unban you ?
I realized how important this server is to my daily life. I love the community and the gameplay that comes with it. I fucked up by breaking the combat log rule and need further explanation on the NLR rule. I am deeply sorry for being a scumbag. I shouldn't have taken out my saltiest on other players experiences.

Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

Oh yeah of course i understand that rule but i don't get how this plays a part in the ban. I technically "didn't remember" i just went to clam dealer because my friend got comms earlier that there were people at clams. I don't mean to argue it just doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

That breaking the rules can have effects on other players' experiences and there are rules for a reason. So everyone can have fun without worrying about scumbags like me.
