I was banned because i got into a heli whilst someone landed in greenzone. Then when i died i re spawned
(6.4) You are unable to lockpick or steal vehicles in a green zone (Punishment is a ban)
Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because no one was effected and it wasn't fully breaking there rules.
I saw a helicopter land in the Green zone, I got into it and started it up. I knew that the owner would be able to Store it in there garage before any bad could occur. I wasn't attempting to steal it but only to be a noob. **I did not leave the Green Zone at anytime with the helicopter.** (All the time people get into other peoples vehicles in green zone yet they never leave. and they dont get banned)
The reason the helicopter left the ground. The helicopter left the ground because when you start up a helicopter and leave it, it hovers automatically. (M900 / Hummingbird that is)
The reason I went higher, i had my characters head on *freelook* meaning that i can move my mouse and look around. When you then get into a helicopter the Mouse(freelook) disengages and then changes to the control of the heli. as i moved the mouse and the heli starts moving towards a building in front i had no choice but to go up so that i didn't hit anybody. (STILL DIDNT LEAVE GREENZONE)
NLR
As the heli moved up and a tiny bit forward it then de-spawned (into the owners garage) and i fell to my death. the rules (5.1) does not say anything about the falling from a helicopter. From me knowing the rules i thought about it before i spawned. i had the conclusion that as i had no gear/ made no progression this session i could re spawn and no harm/unfair cheating would occur.
To conclude, noone was affected by my actions and i was only doin wat others were but instead it went wrong. at no time did i leave the greenzone or i didnt nlr to cheat at all. tbh i was about to go off.
Also to add is that i have never been banned or been in this situation before. I knew that what i did today was controlled and wasnt going to harm anyone.
So i am sorry for this and hope that i can be unbanned within the upcoming weeks.
