I tried to kill someone with my vehicle.

Why should we unban you ?
I joined the server by getting invited by a friend and I played not knowing the rules at the time as I am still very new to the game and server. Afterwards when the guy I ran over said it's against the rules I only knew. I have been following the rules to the best of my knowledge afterwards but obviously back then the guy did report me. I do enjoy the server and I have people from major factions that can vouch for me that I have been following the rules ever since.

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

This and all rules are important to keep the game and roleplaying experience fun and fair for everyone. After playing for awhile myself I see why these rules are in place and can give other players effected by this a bad experience and I wouldn't want it happening to me so I promise to follow the rules and give everyone the same great experience I have had in the past few days of playing with a lot of great people

 
So why did you decide to run him over with the vehicle in the first place? 

 
I did not at the time know of the rules or how the roleplaying scenarios worked as at the time of the incident I have not had a lot of experience or understanding of the game or rules. I have read them now and have been following them ever since.

Thinking he was going to rob and kill my friend, I tried to drive over him in order to try and save my friend as the guy broke my friends truck. I saw it didn't kill him so I kept trying to keep him down so my friend can get away. Only after talking to other people did I know that you are not allowed to try and drive over people.

 
As you've got an otherwise clear record, I'm inclined to give you a second chance. Make sure you're familiar with the rules as it's unlikely that you'll be given a third chance!
