i was banned for VDM

Why should we unban you.
I should be unbanned as i didn't get a warning and it was in kavala server was about to restart in 5 min and i just wanted to store my car in the garage and i just wanted to run away he came in my way and ofc i ran over him lightly as to not kill him cause i know its not allowed and i had no intent in killing him just wanted to store the car and call it a day if i have wronged i do apologize and i am sorry for my mistake

yes i have read the rules and it was not my intention on running him over or getting him killed i did get out of the vehicle to check on him and suddenly  my car disappeared out of the blue and i freaked out and  ran i apologize for my mistake and this wont happen again

VDM basically vehicle death match i am not allowed to run over any one or ram my vehicle on another players car (jihad mode) and it is punishable by ban and i do know i am allowed to immobilize some vehicle but i need to have a specific car in order to do so
