In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I cannot quite remember the VDM ban. I think it was this situation: I stole someones car with lockpicks, then all of the sudden some guy starts shooting at my car. Whilst driving away he ran onto the road so he could have a clear aim at me. There was another car on the other lane so the only way to drive past him was to drive over him. Thus i did so, i think i got banned for this. As for the Homophobia part: I was ambushed by a rebel gang at the weed processing north of zaros. They stole everything i owned. They also had a scout helicopter in the area of zaros. I was mad and i said "Gay chopper in zaros".

Why should we unban you ?
VDM: I think there was no other chance than to run him over because otherwise i would have crashed into the buildings next to the road.
Homophobia: I don't quite get why you would ban for this. Gay .. is just another way of flaming someone, if i would have said "Idiot chopper in zaros" it wouldnt have mattered.
Also i dont even mean to insult gay people its just another way of flaming. If the reason would be discrimination, i didnt/dont mean to discriminate.

So if you rage at someone, you call them ''gay'', and that is not a indication of you having some problem with gay people? I mean, ''Idiot'' is a insult.. So if you come up with a example saying it's no different than gay, you are thus saying being Gay is a insult? Also, swearing out of roleplay is not allowed, sidechat is called ''Out of Character chat'' on our community, so calling someone a idiot is also not something you do.

And the VDM case.. You describe it as a accident here, yet this:

Then it was not the VDM situation which i thought it was. I said in the beginning i do not know what situation that was. I still don't know where and when that happened.
As for the Homophobia. You misunderstood me i think, i dont see the word "gay" as an insult. For me all flame online has no value whatsoever. When people flame online i dont take it serious because you can never know if they mean it or not. So when i flame someone i do not think it through because i think other people understand that internet is full of "trolls". Therefor you should not take everything personally and literally. Though i understand why i banned. I am not angry about it because it is your job to do so but i did not think the staff would take something like this so serious.
Anyway this is probably not going to help getting me unbanned. I am just trying to explain you my point of view.

As for this matter, I have no idea where and when this happend so i am afraid i will not be able to explain/defend myself. But yes as you see i clearly used a vehicle as weapon. I am sorry for this. I would be grateful if i was given a second chance.

Also if i might get unbanned i won't flame people anymore. I'll just stick it to myself.

Homophobic rule:
I was angry and lost my temper, therefor i broke the rule by calling another person out in an offensive way through OOC chat.
This is not allowed therefor i am banned.

Players are not allowed to swear at other players out of roleplay. This is not allowed and we will receive a punishment if we do so.
We are also not allowed to discriminate in any kind.

VDM rule:
I was using my vehicle as a weapon which is not allowed.  I tried to run someone over/ ram someone in another vehicle.

You are not allowed to use your vehicle as a weapon ( ex. ramming into vehicle, running people over, causing explosions ) unless you are in an MPRAP , initiated on another MRAP, you can ram only to disable the vehicle. Not to harm the passengers.
