Can you explain the safezone rules in your own words?

Safezone is an area in big cities and near hospitals, police stations etc. where people can just hang out not having to worry about being robbed, killed or getting their vehicle stolen. Lethal weapons must be holstered in green zones and as I kind of stated above, you can't rob/kill anyone or steal vehicles inside green zones. You also can't just escape into a green zone in a combat situation and expect to be safe. Breaking these rules is a bannable offense.
