Action: I would use the following rule to make the player aware of a mistake or advise otherwise. (3.2) Out of Character Chat (OOC) interactions must be made over side chat.

In addition I would use the team speak to inform them, or raise it with a member of the staff.

I would use teamspeak just to inform them that they have broken a rule, this might be due to them not knowing or being aware of braking a rule. If they need further advice on the rules I can then copy a link to the rules, for them to look at if they preferred to avoid any misunderstanding in future situations.

what will you do if they dont wanne talk to you? or if they think they are still in the right ?

If they don't want to talk to me I would not push it, but just let an admin know about that situation that happen.

If the person still thinks that they are right I would check the rules again then, if I find any evidence that they are in the wrong I would show them the link. This is if they choose to talk to me. If they will not talk to me I would let the admin know that this person has done X, Y, Z and think that it is within the rules. The admin then can talk or deal with this in the manner they see.

No I am not confused, I have read the rules please do not judge me on this. 

This is a joke now. I do not appreciate being messed around with, in what this feels like at the moment. These replies from yourself do not seem to be necessary. I  have answered 5 other perfect question in regards to my application in which I have give full details. I am aiming to get access with this server, to play with with people in the community. I am looking to carry out role play on this server as a citizen then moving into the police or medic's. I have been banned over a year now almost 2 I think, I think that is long enough. 

If you do not want me on this server then that is fine, just please end this application now and I will stay on ************* If you do so wanted me to be unbanned please let me know and I will act accordingly on your server as requested via the rules.
