In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: For protecting myself.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Because, the scenario that happened, was that I was parked, then a guy decides to run me over in my kart, then i told him to step out, and he continued ramming, so I killed him, in my own self defense.

Yes. The only thing I saw is that he sprayed someone down in the carshop area. I can't confirm or deny the vdm.
