In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for speaking in ts when restrained and cop said I cold call a lawyer so I didn't hold direct while on phone which was a mistake on my side I was also banned for swearing in side chat.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned as ive read all the rules and know better to do for next time I totally understand why I was banned and it does make sense I enjoy the server very much and hope to be apart of the amazing community again i will follow every rule strictly.

There not much more I know to say but I enjoy playing the server when I get home, I personally think it was a massive misunderstanding and I got a little to angry and I completely understand that...I am even considering to donate to the cummunity as it takes up my free time I hope to see everyone again back in Roleplay.co.uk as this was my first week being apart off the cummunity like I said I have read all rules and looked over what I Did wrong and I strongly  know this won’t happen again.

How about you provide a little more detail, I think you and I both know that there's a lot more to this story. Prove to us that you care about being unbanned and perhaps we'll take it seriously!

 
So some of the comments you made in side chat are quite concerning.

Care to enlighten us why you though they would be acceptable?

 
They weren’t acceptable and I completely understand why they weren’t I was just angry and I will know better next time.

 
how can we be sure, next time you get angry. You will not starting giving abuse to other people?

I can promise you can’t you give me a chance this is my first ban😪I won’t let you down I promise I don’t know what else to do...

This was my first week on server I’m still getting to know everything I will be honest I didn’t read all the rules but now I have I will play very seriously.

 
So you know you were banned for 3 rules, go to our rules page and copy/paste every rule you broke which led to your ban, then rewrite them in your own words, then explain why you think we have each of the rules.

 
 (1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.

1.3 is totally a understanding rule as no one likes to be spoken horribly it keeps the atmosphere clean and tidy.

(3.2.2) Extended OOC interactions are forbidden.

Breaks rp massively as when comms are taken etc you cant then carry on speaking to a mate in radio...

(3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over TeamSpeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via TeamSpeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together.

3.5 keeps the roleplay more serious as for example a cop gave me a 1m phone call to friend I would need to let him hear at same time as me speaking to the friend.... allows no hot mic etc. overall it lets us all know what's happening...

 
I strong suggest that you control your language and attitude when you play online. 

Since you are new we are gonna let you back on the server but we will keep and eye on you !
