In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
There was an incident at the Market, where I was reversing in a HEMTT truck and a Hatchback drove into the side of me at speed. At first, I had thought nothing of this as, from my perspective, this would not have been my fault. However, approximately 10-15 minutes later, I received a ban from the server for VDM. I'm hoping I recall the correct incident as it's the only thing that sprang to mind. I have video footage of my side of events which I'm happy to share if of use; any videos from anyone else would be great if available as I would like to understand the situation better, and why I was banned.

Why should we unban you ?
From my side at least, I believe I should not have been banned in the first place as, if I'm thinking of the correct incident, it was not me at fault but rather the Hatchback which drove into the side of me at speed. Of course I would accept any punishment deemed necessary if I was at fault, but from all the video footage I have reviewed from my side, I don't believe I'm at fault here. I'm an ARAC member and have got a proud clean record on this server, and take my role and reputation very seriously. Obviously I would like it to remain that way so please let me know if there's anything I can provide (video footage, etc.) in assisting with this case.

To summarise for reference: Just before the video above, a red Hatchback sport had crashed into the side of me at speed as I was reversing, causing his car to get damaged and glitch into my truck.

As I was trying to rock my truck off his car into safety, the red "Offroad" pickup decided to park behind my truck as I was trying to ‘unglitch’ my truck. I’m not sure as to why the pickup had parked behind me when I was clearly trying to get my truck off the car and out of the way. The way in which my truck was bouncing round was a bit of a clue as well that I would hope most players would realise… Regardless of this, I hope it’s clearer from my perspective as to what I was trying to do. - As per my original comments in the link above.

Looking at the video above (ArrogantBread), it is understandable as to why I could be mistaken for ramming (VDM) the pickup behind. At a glance, it's probably not even clear that I'm glitched.

Thus, I hope the video below will assist in firstly, demonstrating what I was trying to do (getting the truck unglitched from the car to re-park) and not deliberately ramming anyone (VDM), and secondly, assisting you with any questions you may have about the incident.

I've also included a video from "TGSStarz" who was at the scene at the time, and provides an extra perspective of the events.

Looks more like crappy driving to me and not paying attention. Any reason why you just didn't get out and ask the police for assistance or try to roleplay it?

After I was hit by the Hatchback, my truck became glitched inside it, so I had very little control over the truck at the time as shown in the videos above.

Sadly, I've seen too many incidents in Kavala where vehicles going through the market area have become glitched in other parked or moving vehicles, and then exploded shortly afterwards (taking any bystanders out with them, myself included on previous occasions). I did not want this to happen, so I decided the best option would be to try and rock the truck off the car (effectively 'unglitching' it), to subsequently re-park it in the bay that I was reversing out of and thus putting it into safety. At which point I then would have got out and, as you suggest, find nearby assistance.

Unfortunately, it was before I was fully re-parked at the point where I was banned, therefore I could not solve the situation in the way in which I had intended.

I am reversing the ban considering the circumstances, but remember in the future #RPEverything. You could have ran and it could have turned into a RP situation with a truck exploding in kavala.
