I RDM a Person

Why should we unban you ?
Because i rly wasnt trying to do an RDM on a Person. it was a situation where someone was Hostile to me and my friend. I asked him to but his hands up 2-3 times and he didnt respond or even did it. , because he was being hostile to us for not talking and even "probably" trying to shoot us i i then shoot.

In what way is it hostile? You VDMed him and gave him a couple of seconds before shooting him. He didn't really get adequate time to respond to you. If you consider that to be quality roleplay, there is no place for you here.

Explain the RDM rule in your own words.

 
(Just wanna let you know first that i wasn´t the driver of the Vehicle that drove him over it was my buddy , but thats not what you asked but i i just wanted you to know that.) 

So RDM is when someone kills a civillian without any reason , or when someone counts to fast  "like i did" and does not give time to talk for the civillian. Which means that the civillian had no opportunity to talk it out or to make an escape.

By the way .. thats not my quality of roleplaying, im new to Rp so i apologize for that.

Regardless, you're saying that if you count slower it's ok? Quote me the rule that answers my question.

 
I mean i did not say that counting slower is better. I was just trying to say that if you rob people and you give him a countdown of like 3-5 sec and you do it rly fast that they cant Respond so quickly and get shot then. So counting slower doesnt make it ok of how i did it.
