i was banned due to a massive confusion. that i explained. now i will explain it to you to.

Why should we unban you ?
becasuew im strong player on your server. ive been all day this week. and besides it wasnt RDM in the first place. the fact that the guy reported me asked for 50k just shows he was only after money. heres my story.
i was being robbed. a guy had a gun at me i got down. the people next to me deidnt bother who i just been speaking to. soi when i was getting robbed i assumed they weere setting me up now. afterall im on the floor and they are not. if he was sop serious about his roleplay he would ahvge ran away or called the police. not stoodd there wathcing. so switched to group channel and quickly said to my mate im being robbed over here. my frienmd came and told the robber to leave. instead, the robbers friend shot my friend killing. WHICH IS RDM YES!!! i pulled out my gun killing the robber also includinmg the person who reported me. as i assumed he was involved. then i was killed by ther robbers friend wich is AGAIN RDM. the whole situation wasnt roleplay at all and you satse in your rules that robbing has to be rolerplayed. not get down or i will shoot. i appologised to player and explained what happended staright away. noty that it matters but he hardly had anything of value anyway!!! please under stand the stress that being banned has caused. and its a ridiculous situatuoion and argument from him! thanks. kieran. please dont hesitate to email me at kazerwhittaker@yahoo.co.uk if you want me to prtove my innocnce further. i also appologise for any spelling erros

Update: i actually managed to find the report against me. and whilst this makes sense. i was un aware of his situation. i did actually talk to the player on ts as soon as i could. i also apologized. i cant stress how important this server is to me and how well i get on with players and also the police. before my ban i was disusing where i can park my van to offload cider, just so i knew i wouldn't be breaking their rules!!!

In my own words. That's a good question. Personally in my own words. Reactions. Reactions that I know realise after reading that report were incorrect. As I said. I imagined him involved in the situation, Wich clearly he was not. So I just sprayed and prayed which is clearly a costly mistake. Hopefully you can see through my tone of typing I'm not some one who does this to break the no.1s UK role play server. However if punishment is still needed surely it will be only be a temporary. Like a few weeks or something. 

Differently: maybe even tougher. Thinking about it now. He did not have a gun drawn. I would have awaited help from my friend. Then because the person I accidenly RMDd I would have drawn my gun and told him to back away from me as I would have belived he was in on the situation. Unfournrltyy I was shot and killed anyway.
