Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I was only using the tilde key to provide proof of people who break rules, as it did evidence in the report against [Gc] Ali and Jim Jam, where I was banned for using it. I never use it for my personal gain. I have never been banned or even reported on this community. I didn't mean to break any rules, nor have I ever meant to - If I did happen to break rules even when trying to strictly follow rule 4C, I apologize. Thank you for your time.

I just quick like to point out that you:

1. Already used the tilde key at the VERY beginning where there was NO rule broken

2. Also used the tilde key on a huron that wasn't even involved in the situation

Be advised that lying is never gonna help anyone out. Be honest on your unban appeal but lying is just poor. People make mistakes and that is okay but lying doesn't solve anything. Also I pointed out your very rude attitude while posting the report. If I wouldn't have issued a ban on you already I gladly would have given you a warning point.

I do this all of the time, I am always recording, if I don't do it before the rules are broken it may be too late. I'm not trying to start an argument, and I'm not going to lie about it being a habbit, because it is, as I stated in the other thread. As for the helicopter, we are allowed to use this to identify the pilots of helicopters, in the case that we were to message them. If that were to continue following us after the pursuit I would have issued it a global air message. (EDIT: That may have also been involved, I wouldn't have known)

To put it simply, if I didn't do this, as you saw the driver wasn't the owner of the vehicle when I ANPRed it (JimJam), therefore I wouldn't have had evidence of who it was.

Again, I don't want to start an argument with an Admin, I just want to play on this great communities server.

EDIT: I'd also like to point out, a rule was broken at the start where Jim Jam ran over a civilian. At the VERY beginning before that I didn't even mean to have the scroll menu open (nor did it actually hover over for a name), and the only person it lands on is in range with his name-tag anyway. I knew there was going to end up being a report up against him so I in turn followed rule 4C throughout in the event any other vehicle around me would be involved (Example: Huron flying right above us).

Also, You only have rights to metagame a helicopter if you're actively dealing with it. Not if it "passes by".
You seem to think you can take the rules and use them to your own advantage, but the rules are there to be fair.

Meta-Gaming us the use of any outside information in game/RP (Name tags, tilde key, Teamspeak etc.), I understand now what I did was completely wrong and I apologize for it and hope you can forgive me for this.
