In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: The police officer Eddy lane failed to role play when he was outnumbered, i approached the police officer with no gun out and told him to put his hands up, he didn't, I said you have five seconds, as i was counting down he shot me with no reason what so ever. He RDM'd me, so i went back to where i was to get my truck as it was a unfair death and i got banned.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories. It still is the character you play, i.e. it is still part of the rebels or cops and it still knows all his friends. Your character just forgets the events and information leading up to their death.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: This was a unfair ban as the police officer was breaking rules.
