In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got banned because I shot someone that was breaking into my house. I kept on saying that I warned him but I might've been in vehicle chat which was really dumb. I received a warning before this incident about poor roleplay because I robbed someone without properly initiating. I really did warn him, my friend heard it on teamspeak.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I really like this server and so do my friends. I'd like to play again. This is the first time I got banned and I won't make the same mistake again. It's the first time I've played on a roleplay server so it took some time getting used to. My friend spoke with some staff and they told him that they find it weird my first appeal got denied. Hello,

This isnt your first incident we had with you on our RPUK servers, there was another issue that happened on the 5th of Jan. 2017. We gave you a chance there, instead of banning you straight off . Then you violate our rules here again, stating you were in vehicle chat. 

Its hard to trust you, since you didnt learn from the first offense back then.

The first incident was poor roleplay (05/01) I just started playing on the server a few days before and was still getting used to role playing. I robbed a guy at the diamond trader and he called an admin there (If I'm correct the guy that I robbed was an off duty admin) We talked about it and I apologized and offered him the money that I got from robbing him back. The admin told me to read the rules again and so I did.

The last incident, the one that got me banned was because I killed a guy that was breaking into my house. I warned him before I tried to kill him and my friends all heard me say it on teamspeak. I should've used shadowplay at that time. I'm not sure about it but I might have been in vehicle chat because we talked in our Qilin 10 minutes or so before the incident. What I did can be considered RDM or Random Death Matching. It pretty much means Kill on Sight and ruins the whole experience for everyone. I really didn't mean to RDM him as I've said a few times before.

I'd really appreciate it if you could give me a clear answer. Can I get an unban or not? I've put a lot of time in my appeals and I've been unable to play for over a week now. I really miss playing on your server with my friends, I've had some really fun moments 

I'll behave and you can perm ban me should I break the rules again. If I was a troll or someone that wouldn't take this serious then I wouldn't go trough all the trouble of explaining the situation to be honest.

You have now made two appeals. your first one got denied right away and i think you have had some time to think about where you have gone wrong and you have shown that with the effort you have made in this appeal.

But it is down to the person doing the initiation to make their intentions known as it would be giving reasonable time to comply. You could of handheld this alot different instead of being trigger happy. What made you want to shoot him?

Yes I should've knocked him out instead of spraying him down. It's the first time my house got robbed and it was full of weed and coke that still needed to be sold. Just before the incident me and some friends were running through Kavala but some random guys kept following us. We told them to back off but they kept following. I thought that those guys that kept following us were friends of the guy that reported me and that they were telling him which house to break into. I kind of panic shot at him because I thought I initiated but I didn't. I'm still not sure if he was unable to hear me because of the alarm or because I might've been in vehicle chat. This was a really stupid mistake that won't happen again. I should've gone on teamspeak to talk to him but I was so sure of myself that I initated properly. When I saw his video I knew that I fucked up.
