In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was in prison due to the crime I had committed. When running around the prison I felt isolated and lonely; I began to have a run around the prison trying to take my mind of what just happened. Two weeks have just passed and I am starting to become insane, I wonder what I can do to keep sane, I was trying to lift weights but due to the overwhelming pressure I had to lay down, more specifically next to a wall. I was lying down and decided to roll on to my side to get more comfy - Suddenly! I hit the wall and the outcome I was expecting was nothing this world has ever seen.... I was expecting a face full of wall smacking me straight in my face, instead the wall was not there, I had just realized what just happened.... I escaped from prison! p.s (I did not intend to do this glitch as I will explain in the "Why should we unban you" section.).

Why should we unban you ?
My friend recommended this game to me a few days ago so I bought it, not to mention another friend had told me to join your server (he has been playing for long) hence this I believe I should be unbanned. I was stuck in a invisible barrier and when trying to crawl out of it, it only spawned me out of the prison. I can show you how it is done to prevent this from happening from other. other than that I am extremely sorry for breaking the rules of "glitching",You have to understand I am new to this game so give me a chance. I would love to come back to this server and carry on having fun because this server is truly amazing and great job of creating such a fun and amusing atmosphere where all gamers can have fun. Thank you again and I hope I can be unbanned.

Did you report this in-game to a staff member at the time? Or did you just take advantage of it and run away from the prison?

 
I did not have time to report it nor took advantage of it since it would only spawn me back to the prison once the timer is gone, when I initially got out of the prison I just stood there and then a staff member came to me and banned me, if I would of had time I would have reported the glitch other than that I would never do it again. p.s there was no way I could have taken advantage of the glitch, since it would only spawn me outside the prison once the timer ran out.

Right, I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt here. So if you came across any glitch when playing what would you do?

 
If I came across any glitch, my immediate response would be to send a admin message via in-game messenger or report it on the forums.
