In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Well the situation was like this: I was on a roof and apparently officers were talking to me, So I needed to log off and he started saying like: Sir, come down the roof without any gun drawn so I didn’t think he really meant it, So I was 1 second away of logging off and then another officers started drawing his taser and said: Sir, Can I ask you one last and then I logged off. So, yeah after I logged off nothing happened and after 5 minutes of being away I came back and played for hours. Then a situation with me and my teammate happend when we killed a whole gang and they found that the initiation wasn’t right from my teammate so they called the admins: Remi and Gurlanin because I didn’t agree with that. After 20/30 mins of talking and case being resolved, the admins wanted to talk to me in private and when I went there Gurlanin told me did you had a mar-10 when I said: Yes, He said ur getting banned. So, I told him why? He said u combat logged, I said where? He said at kavala on rooftop when we initiated on you, So I told him you didn’t initiate on me and then he went quiet then he said well it’s common sense mate. So I wanted to say what common sense is talking but I decided not to argue and say to him that I needed to log off so what is the problem? And then he said straight up bullshit, like didnt even think what the reason could’ve been what let him to logging off or anything and I kinda felt that was really disrespectful against what really happened that made me log off. So I just said okay bye and that was it.

Why should we unban you ?
Why you should unban me is that because I love this community and without any doubt is the best on arma 3. I have been on here playing for over 2 years and have spent really much time on this community. I have learned many things playing on this community, I have grown up and have matured a lot. I have made many friends and have experienced many great situations. What I have realized is that if I look back at the situation I should’ve escape back ingame and tell the officers // I need to log off im sorry and it perhaps worked or atleast was better then what I did. But on the other side I thought about, Why dont they go take rebels gun that have mk1? That where just next to the officers talking and having fun so I realized they were really attracted to my mar-10 so I thought if I now escape back in I need to RP and I didn't have time for the RP (not in a bad way) because I needed the go asap so I thought this would be the option I can take. I would never really combat log but I thought as this wouldn't be a combat log as the officers didn't really initiate on me yet before I logged off. If they really did I would just go down drop my mar-10 and tell them that I need to log off, if i'm down and dropping my mar-10 I might as well just tell them I need to go and they would understand and let me go cuz I think they were more interested in the mar-10 then myself. I have seen people combat log, because they don’t want to lose there gear, money or gun but I couldn't care less about that. That was like the last thing I would have thought at that situation as my goal was to leave immediately. I don't care about any virtual item or whatever I bought it for 5 mil and I have 100 mil I can buy 20 of them why would I really take the risk of getting banned for combat log if I was really initiated on? It isn't worth at all. I want to tell that I was banned almost a year ago for combat logging, but I want to point out that there were things wrong with my pc that I caused so you guys don't think (I know my own responsibility), Yeah second ban for combat log he doesn't learn his lesson. I have been told by the admins Remi and Gurlanin that if you think this initiation (from my teammate) was alright then you're not doing it right and stuff. So after my time off I have made a choice to take a break from rebel life for a while (if I get unbanned) and join the police to better my RP and let it meet the standards of RP here on RPUK. I would love to come back to the community and give people high quality roleplay and have fun as always. After my last ban I tried to reform myself to be a better player on the server and it went good for about 5 months after I bought a gun that is kinda rare and it went downhill. That is one of my reasons to take a break from rebel life. I’m going to make sure I will keep my roleplay quality high right now as I’m going to join the cops if I get the chance to play again. I’m sorry that I let you guys down and hope you guys understand my side and apologies.

The rules you guys have isn't hard to follow at all. I broke the rule at the time, because I didn't think I broke a rule as I said I logged off before he really initiated and then I got banned even though it might be fair or unfair I'm banned and should take full responsibility for my actions. But try to look it from my side for a example you need to log off quick and then your already in the escape menu waiting for the seconds to run out and a guy comes out of nowhere Yo, dude put your and you log off? and you have 1 second left. Would you think that was combat log or not? I'm not saying in any form of shape you guys aren't right with the ban or anything, but I just want to make sure you guys understand it from my side. I don't have any problems with following rules I'm not a kid, I know what is bad or good, right or wrong, but in the situation that happend I went into doubt if I was breaking a rule or not. If I had seen any names of the officers I would at least message them on ts to apologize and explain why I logged off, but as I said I was on a rooftop the names didn't render. I'm not trying to blame it on the game or something else or making any excuses. I just really am sorry for my actions and I will make sure it won't happend next time (if I get unbanned). If I go to doubt again about any situation, I would just stay and do what they expect me to do and not what I want/need to do and that doesn't mean I'm stubborn.

From now on if I get into any situation that I need to resolve I will go by the decision of the staff members at the moment. I was argueing with the staff members, because I got in the same situations like that earlier and staff members told me that it wasn’t a rulebreak and it becomes kinda weird when another staff member says it’s a rulebreak and later the other one says it isn’t so I kinda didn’t know which one to believe you know that is why I was argueing or else I wouldn’t argue, cuz there is no point then. But at the end I believe I said to the staff members that I will go by there decision and I’m sorry if I gave them a bad attitude, I’m not sure if they heared it though or believed me atleast. I feel like I really wasn’t giving a bad attitude, but if the staff members feel like I gave one what can I say? I again apologize for everything that I have done my actions, attitude etc. Hope you guys will accept my apology.

Well, tbh it was a long time ago so I don’t remember the name of the staff that told me it, I only rememberd that it wasn’t a rulebreak, because that is what was important for me not the name as I didn’t think other staff would say it is a rulebreak that’s why.

I kinda did want to go, but I wouldn’t say that to another staff in the face, It’s kinda disrespectful I feel like and they would think this guy is stubborn why would he not listen to me and listen to someone else I am a staff aswell you know. But, I was planning to go to staff after the resolving situation with the bad initiation of my teammate, but then I needed to go straight to private channel with the admins and then I got banned so I couldn’t go or atleast I could go, but no point as I was already banned.

You do realise we hear "a staff said this" excuse all the time.... and whenever we ask who it was, the person can conveniently not remember. 

There is a reason we direct to appeal rather than giving opinions out, this is one of them.

On my time off I have reread the rules multiple times to make sure I won't dissapoint you guys here anymore. As I said earlier I'm planning to join the police to better my RP and go roleplay to it fullest. I have noticed every time I go play as a rebel I get in rulebreaks and I don't want that. So, I have reread the rules now again and I'm ready to start a fresh life as a police officer.

I completely understand where u come from. So what can I say, I wasn't making an excuse, but I knew it was gonna look like it so I just left it and didn't want to go back and forth with it. I had nothing to back me up with even though if we were going back and forth, because I didn't remember who it was anymore so it had no point either. That is why I didn't wrote a response to it.

I should just give me a chance as I'm really trying to start a fresh start when I join the cops and am gonna do my best to not get in any situations anymore. Everything else I already have said in previous comments I'm gonna listen to staff decision from now on, I'm gonna join cops to better my RP to the standards of RP here on RPUK, I'm gonna think multiple times before I do something that would affect me in breaking a rule or even getting banned again. I would really put more attention to the rules than earlier, by that I mean I'm gonna make sure I understand every rule really really good and don't go into doubt anymore. If I'm not sure about a rule I will go up to staff to get there decision for future reverence or at the time to prevent me getting in a rulebreak or banned.

Just to be clear, you are being unbanned with the caveat that if you break any more rules, however small they might seem, you will be perm banned and not able to appeal until after 6 months.

I suggest you consider your actions on the server very carefully from now on, and double check all of our rules.
