I believe I issued a ban for VDM, but it was before we added the note system. Can't really remember anything about it.

It's not about knowing the rules or not, it's about the fact that you let a friend play your account. You compromised your own account security and your "friend" broke the rules. It's not a valid excuse or justification, and whats to protect the community if you let your "friend" play again.
