In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I believe that I was banned due to the fact that I was unknowingly in the same channel as a previously, and currently banned member.

Why should we unban you.
I believe that I should be unbanned due to the fact that I have been playing the server for nearly a year, I have been playing frequently throughout this time on both sides of the server; Cops and rebels. I have enjoyed my time on the server thus far, and had planned to enjoy it for far longer expecting the new framework. I also believe that this ban was unfair due to the fact that within the channel, and within relations to the banned member, I was completely unaware that he had any previous bans or was in fact still banned and under a different VPN and/or name.

Mr Kaliber, Thank-you for you for posting this unban appeal so we can get to the bottom of this incident without misunderstanding.

For just over a week, Mr Dzul has been joining TS using a VPN, and a different name of "Wadim", VPN's do stick out, especially when they use russian IP's.......

Are you saying you don't know whom DZul is? or the fact he said to you all that he was "community banned" and is now called "Wadim".

I find this hard to believe as as you are all channel admin with him.... someone who's only connected 10 times to teamspeak already getting channel admin in Blackjacks VIP room...... and not knowing they were banned......

as said, theres a hole here somewhere, what do you think?

Well, as im sure you know I spend a lot of time in Blackjack's channel just when im bored, and I have been in the channel with dzul a few times before he changed his name but didnt really speak to him much, just sort of accepted that he was there and thus when he came back with a different name I didnt think anything of it due to the fact that he had been there previously. Since I had spoken to him prior I didn't bother digging into the stats page either, but I see how this could've helped out a lot, but again nothing had been said to me about being banned from him or anybody else so I was totally oblivious. Now I think I will begin to use the stats page for these sorts of situations to avoid any rule violations.
