Because Arma and altis life was new for me and i didnt know the rules

Why should we unban you ?
Because since my ban ive had 300 hours of playtime as Cop, Medic and Civilian and i know the game and can RP and everything now

RDM a person after just looking at them and also glithcing into car while in retraints

Can you explain the rules you broke in your own words?

In my case i remember now that we was chased by police and we shot at them the second we came out the car and that is not okay (only if we were wanted for murder).

But shooting people without engaging RP or giving a warning is wrong and therefore RDM.
Glitching into a car while being restrained is abusing a bug in the game and therefore bugabuse.

I sincerly regret not reading the rules before i entered the server and played and i now have playtime on various servers and understand the concept of  the game  

I really wanna show i can do good and come back tonight.

72 hours have passed i understand that i should not have reported my own post but i was confused about it said awaiting player although i had just replied. 
But anyways reconsider my ban i really wanna play on your server i am trying to be satisfied on numerous other servers but without success. 
I am ready to answer what ever or be brought to a teamspeak channel to talk about rules, RP, etc..

I would pull over and surrender myself for a pity crime like that and try to talk it out or accept the ticket.
