In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Honestly, I don't know. Let me explain.
Basically, I drove down through the Weed Plant and saw the police with another guy. So I circled around back to the top of the hill to watch with my range finders. After much inspecting I noticed that this man was in a lot of trouble and from dealing weed I know the pain he's going through so I thought I'd get closer to see if I could help him out. After I got close I noticed that the other police officer ran up into the hill (No idea why it was completely random, due to it being random, I didn't know what to expect.) After that this police officer was taking James to the car. Knowing that both police officers have high powered ARs I had to make my move before this officer could draw on me and the other one could position up to take a shot on me. Only have a 4-five with 11 bullets I had to make a move while there was only one and before this man was arrested. Talking to the officer would cause me many issues as once I'd make distance he could shoot me and call for backup, or his mate could take a shot. Only having 11 bullets causes many issues to me risking my life for this man. So as seen in the video I killed him. Drug violence is a real thing. I don't recall any messages coming my way about it but I may have been immured in my drug run as I didn't think I was breaking any rules so ignoring side chat is common for me.

I don't believe I've done wrong but if possible could it be explained to me. I'm passionate to play more on your server as I've many people I've met and play with. I'm happy to take the ban if it's temp just so I can come back but if it's perm I won't understand as intentional RDM goes on and in this instance it wasn't intention.

I'd like to additionally mention, the act of Roleplaying was going on between them and like any ambush you don't stop and chat. Though if you can contact James he'll be able to confirm that I was roleplaying with him. I do not have a video, but the video supplied against me doesn't really show what's going on apart from the fact he's been jumped after trying to arrest a fellow member of the drug chain.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Before being able to kill another Roleplayer you must first conduct roleplay (With that player?), though you can't just kill the other player without it following roleplay. The other player must have the chance to do as you request before you end their characters life.

I see how I broke the rule now but, what if somebody sends me a text saying they're in a sticky spot and need someone taking out (somebody they're currently RPing with i.e. a police officer is giving them a fine, arresting them for a huge sum/time) from the text being roleplay can you kill them without roleplay or must I still engage in chatter before I proceed.

Other than that I fully understand the rule, after also speaking with some regulars on your server on your TS server. Next time I'll make sure to proceed to roleplay before unloading my firearm!

I thought I was in the right as it was a tricky one but without being told I guess nobody would know. Sorry for any inconvenience and hope to roleplay with you and others again!

well the situation you described above couldn't happen, due to the fact the person would be in restraints therefore he is unable to message on his phone. If you do have any questions regarding rules, hop onto teamspeak and speak to a member of staff.

I hope you have learned from this, do not make the same mistakes again.
