I broke rule 5D.

Why should we unban you.
Hey,

@Thesoldier, you were totally right about my attitude in my last application. I don't know what got into me, I made fool out of myself. I'm sorry.
http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/41544-un-ban-appeal-justice-denied/

I'll admit, it was me and only me who made a mistake in this instance by spawning within 1000 m of area where I died within 15 min and I take full responsibility for my actions. I reflexively spawned in Athira and got banned justifiably because I broke rule 5D.

I'd like to apologize for my previous behaviour and I promise you that I will read the rules once again and think twice before I say or do something, this won't happen again. I'm sure of it.

I hope you can forgive me and give me a second chance.

In your own words, describe why you think breaking NLR is against the rules.

NLR is made to disallow players from returning to the scene where they died so that they cannot affect the direction of the RP event which led to his dead. Therefore when player dies his memory will be wiped and he doesn't remember anything else from his past life than friends, organizations and companies in which he was involved before his death.

Without this rule players could return to the scene where they died and continue what ever they were doing. (for example two gangs have a gunfight and whenever someone dies he buys a new gun and return to the scene to continue fighting, it will lead to endless shooting.) This kind of thing doesn't belong to RP servers where every situation should be roleplayed properly and somewhat realistically, that's why NLR exist.

Breaking NLR is against the rules because players are supposed to start a new life and start new journey after their death instead of affect the direction of the RP event which lead to his death. (for example return to the scene with a gun to seek revenge or demand stolen property back.) That's why players are not allowed to return within 1000 m of where he was killed within 15 min after his death. Purpose of this rule is to guarantee players pleasant gaming experience and support role playing.

I hope that I answered to your question satisfyingly.
