I was banned because i was spamming the chat.

Why should we unban you ?
It happened a long time a go i have thought about it and it was stupid i was really mad at the moment because i got killed. I have know changed i'm not toxic anymore. I have played on a lot of servers since the ban and now i always read the rules so it doesn't happen like it did in RPUK. I know know that dying from someone in Altis is not an end of the world. I really wish to come back to RPUK

It was only a year ago Justas. How have you managed to change your attitude / behavior and temperament in such a short space of time?

Spamming OOC when your salty. How do you deal with situations now when the salt level rises. Also, do you understand the negative impact spamming abuse in OOC chat has on others within the community?

Finally, please quote the rule you broke, then in detail explain why it exists, and why it's important.  

 
Yes I have changed my attitude.

When i get salty now i just try not to show it i try to keep it inside of me.

Out of Character Chat (OOC)

You must not use side chat to broadcast events that you observe (for example, you may not broadcast "X are going to rob the bank". The exception is advertising your in game business.

 
Out of Character. When a person wants to step outside of their character for a minute and speak as themselves.

It's important so people stay in their character at all times and roleplay.

It  exists so a person stays in his character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character.

 
As you've found out to your cost, this is a community based on strict rules. Disregarding them has consequences, and once banned, that ban stays on your record permanently. When deciding on whether someone deserves another chance, we look to see what previous bans or warnings they may have and we take this heavily into consideration. In other words, if you find yourself back here putting in an unban appeal in the future you'll find it much harder to get unbanned.
