In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
At the time, me and my group of friends were performing an Athira bank robbery and we were killed by an armed gang member which prevented the robbery from progressing. After my death I tried to regroup with my friends that were possibly in the bank but yet again I was killed by the same person without even speaking to him. So after my 2nd respawn in Athira I was kicked for NLR. I can now understand where I have gone wrong but it wasn't in any intention to be breaking the rules of the server.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe I should be unbanned because I wasn't meaning to be breaking the rule at the time even though it came across that way. I just wanted to simply regroup with my friends and be on my way. I have made many friendships on this server and it would be heartbreaking to possibly never play with them on the server again. This ban did cause me to get ahead of myself and become very frustrated therefore I do apologise for the way I may have come across on TS after the ban. I do generally mean that. I hope maybe I could have a 2nd chance and go back to enjoying the server for what it is. I am well and truly sorry.

@SI Tampax I got heated with one of the members who is friends with Vaffla who prevented the robbery and also killed me a 2nd time for no apparent reason. My words exactly were 'I bet its nice having a cock up your arse by an admin' I've had many regrets the day after I said this because it was extremely uncalled for but at the time I was quite heartbroken because I thought I would possibly never get to play on that server again with the many great friends I have made. My friend has explained to the victim I insulted that I was very sorry for retaliating instead of just simply appealing straight after the ban had been placed.

If you have proven yourself to both disregard our rules and act in such an immature manner, why would we even consider unbanning you? Frustration with a staff member may be a reasonable thing to be feeling from your perspective but when you break the same rule multiple times right in front of them and then take it upon yourself and be unpleasant on teamspeak, I can't possibly see how you could have a place here.

Convince me otherwise.

I totally agree with you @TomTheDoge, there is no excuse for my behaviour and I heavily regret it believe me but I do wish to have a 2nd chance and prove that I can abide by the rules. I'm not going to sit here and say i'm not in the wrong at all because I know very much that I am. I have to come to terms that what I said was wrong and I broke the rules. But after all, this is my first ban and I wish to redeem myself. I do hope you can consider having me back on the server's and also the TeamSpeak. I'm not going to lie about my wrongs, i'm very honest when I know I'm to blame for something. During a time like this, the best thing to do is to admit to my actions and not go down the same path in the future whatever it may be. I understand why you have to be strict as regards to the NLR and what I had chosen to do was a stupid mistake to begin with. As for the immaturity on TeamSpeak, i can only say that this offence was completely out of line and I understand now that it wasn't necessary. I was just a tad upset at that point in time. I really adore the community and the friends I have gained and I would be a fool to break the rules again but I can assure you that I will not step out of line anymore.

Right... Having been put in a rather difficult position here, I've had a think about your appeal and what you could bring to this community. Given the effort put into your appeal I have come to a decision. I may find myself being proved wrong here but I'm going to give you a shot. Any further infractions would be dealt with in very much less of a forgiving way (whether they are in game or on teamspeak, so please try and control yourself in future)

Unbanned both in game and on teamspeak. Make use of our teamspeak server to ask if you are ever unsure about our rules as I will not be happy if you let me down.
